i had a very tough time finally i got a oil that I used to massage her legs before sleep..it gave lot of relief....1) sesame oil- 50gm
2) sarsoo oil-50 gm
3) alovera gel- 2 spoon
4) haldi- 1 spoon
5) ginger shreaded- 1 spoon
6) garlic mildly crushed- 15 to 20 pods
7) clove- 15 to 20 heads seperated
8) kapoor - 10 the small round ones
9) ajwain -2 spoon
10) meethi dana - 1 spoon
11) Dalchini crushed- 1/2 spoon
12) black salt - 2 spoon
13) jagree / gud- small piece
14) tej paata - 6
Heat both the oils mixed together add alovera let it fume then add everything except karpoor...let everything cook slowly on low flame...till it turns black.... switch off gas...let it cool slightly..... filter it when slightly hot....add karpoor....done
