In regards to number 5, sometimes (extremely scarce tho) it has been the woman who has asked me for my phone number in order to meet up if I was going to leave without her number.
It might be a risky strategy, but building up a lot of attraction and then simply leave in order to make her make the effort might pay off, since that way you've even more value in her eyes.

Very unique situation but end of caseys advice didnt apply to me with my ex gf. Shes my ex due to the needy and clingy behabior i exhibited during the relationship. But that didnt evolve until a few months into the relationship. We talked on snap for 6 weeks before talking on the phone. And then did snap/phone for another 2.5 weeks before finally going on a date. If anything, it was the easiest first date i had ever been on. We had grown so comfortable with one another on the phone and through messaging it felt like we had already met before. But she was also very emotionally vulnerable and lonely. Women arent one size fits all. There can be some nuance.

Not really the push pull lines, but being push pull in interactions. “Be like water”, the waves of the ocean continually wear down the shoreline… how? By 2 steps forward one step back. Validate, move attention elsewhere. In your short term “flirt” example, throw out a line, get a bite, move to another person or to something else and let the comment simmer. Be confident that the validation is working in the back ground and if it’s not who cares. It will with someone else.
I have a female friend with whom I sometimes mess around and also "practice" flirting and seducing with, because it goes so naturally. Her signals are very obvious to me which turns me into some sort of super confident old school hyperman (think Sean Connery :D) who just touches her buttons without thinking.
The weird thing is I completely do it unconsciously but I have no clue how to apply that to other women (except in some rare cases where it goes automatically). I guess I just have to just go for it more and allow myself to fail (and learn from it), to also get the hang of other types of women?
