All future predictions are well intentioned, but as long as we don't become better with human behavior improvements, most of predictions are doom it. The Internet as a project was painted as great by most tech gurus, but human behavior turn it into a cesspool with hacking, manipulating and the use for criminal activity. Sorry, I understand the making of this videos to cheer up the pesimist like me, but reality overrides speculation.

About medicines, if you are old, prepare for your god. If you are young dont be afraid, your body can fight even medicine. You just need power(food) and good genetics. Our ancestors have gone through mutch worse without medicine only blood sacrifice (more disease) and parfumes. And prayers for forgotten gods. So dont eat others sheet.
it's unlikely that there will be human settlements on the planet mars before 2050. firstly there has to be a manned mission to mars if humans are ever going to settle there. unfortunately governments around the world prefer to spend money on weapons rather than on having a manned mission to mars.
