I really love seeing black women with long natural hair : )
@Bella Brooklyn why so rude ? isn't it true what the person wrote. and if not true can you tell us why ?
@@Siertje itâs not true. A lot of us are just finding out how to take care of our hair. Youâll see with Africana, Nigerians, Ethiopians, Dominicans, etc have beautiful hair. In America tho, so much damage and harmful products have been given to our hair so it retains the growth. That doesnât mean our hair doesnât grow. Itâs not a disease, itâs just damage. I started my natural hair journey and my hair has already grown an in and a half in just a month! Please stop making generalizations like that. I also have a thyroid disorder that makes my hair thin and fall out so for me to grow this amount in a month and keep it is amazing. Malnutrition also plays a huge role. As you might have noticed, A Lot of black peoples are in poverty at alarming rates. They canât get the foods or nutrition they need that their hair needs to grow. A lot of factors play key in growing our hair, we have to treat it differently and with more care and what weâve been doing to our hair is the exact opposite: heat, perms, relaxers, weaves, damaging products containing acids and peroxideâs. Itâs a lot of things
@@donyaa2376 Hair always grows dummy, (unless you have some sickness) itâs just that some people donât know how to care for it so with them, their hair breaks at the same speed that it is growing
We are blessed đđđ€đ€đ€đ€ everything about us is natural đ„°đ„°đ„°đ„°
@@Siertje that isn't true. You should do your own research before saying things you aren't informed about. It isn't our job to inform you that our hair is long or grows. Instead of spreading misinformation you should seek the truth; not assume. It is about retaining length not hair not growing. It is harder to retain length on hair that is very curly and simply requires extra care. You shouldn't spread or defend ignorance.
Folks are paying major bucks for hair that length and she grew that from her scalp. I love it
Many women can grow it from the scalp when they learn how to properly care for their hair
Just beautiful. â€ïž
Also genetics play a good part in hair too
Some women canât grow healthy hair. I could say many of the women cannot.
@@daniella8400 easier to just buy it for me đ€
I love watching a roller set. It's so therapeutic. It's extremely healthy for the hair as opposed to the heating tools.
It was pretty before the heat
Her hair is gorgeous!! You know she's put a lot of love and care into her hair
No relaxers.
Geesh itâs like she got 3 hairstyles...roller set was beautiful, bone straight was beautiful, final look was beautiful...she could have stopped after any step lol Great job as usual đđŸđ
I agree, I was in awe at every step.
That is what I was thinking, but I was angry at all of that heat used! I have long hair and I hate going to beauticians because they always go hard. TOO hard. My hair got long from not ALL of that damaging heat! Yes the end results were beautiful, but so was the hair straight from roller-set. Just go through the roots and perfect with a bump where needed! TOO much heat was used.
I agree also. I only get the roller set... don't understand why flat ironing is needed. She has beautiful hair.
@@veronica-c8199 I would assume thatâs what the client requested...she roller sets as a way to stretch and dry the hair...itâs better for the hair than a blow dryer. But apparently, since the client dictates what they want, the client wanted her hair flat ironed too.
Connect Inspire Entertain Absolutely...also when you seal that cuticle with the flatiron there is less reversion from humidity. Back in the day...70s..women hard- pressed their hair and it was still long, thick and beautiful.
I love how you didnât blow dry her hair and gave her one pass. This turned out so beautiful.
I like this method. I get a roller set and my stylist just passes the flat iron over my roots. That way I don't lose my bouncy curls
Thank you so much beautiful.â„ïž
@@hairstylesbyeden1 Youâre welcome âșïž
That part đđŸ
The result of the roller set by itself could've been enough, the shine was amazing! She looks good no matter what style she has on & her hair is so incredibly gorgeous. Good job, Eden đđ„°
If that were me, the roller set would be the finish......it has more volume than flat ironing.
The rollerset was beautiful in my opinion âș
I loved it too. I have always had better luck keeping a roller set than a blow out and curl.
Yea when she combed it out I was like no why would you do that , it looked so good and bouncy and when you leave curls as is I feel it last longer
same!
I agreeđ
The natural hair trend is showing us we really can grow our hair down our back. I had to learn how to do my own hair. It's very crucial to trim your hair.
You did a good job.
Her hair is gorgeous.
Let's hope that it's not a trend and becomes a way of life. Our hair is so beautiful on it's own, we were tricked and deceived for centuries to believe that what we have naturally is not good enough.
Hopefully it will be a way of life. Black hair is beautiful. And trimming is not crucial. You don't have to trim to grow your hair.
But proper hair care is.
Yes I agree, trimming my hair is necessary for my hair growth and health.
Plenty of black women can grow their hair like this due to genetics. My grandmother's, mother, and sister have very long hair too. And I have grown my hair out the most from having children. It touches my butt now but I get headaches from putting it up. I'm sure that it helped that I stopped relaxing...but genetics may have a huge part too.
@@thisistheday597 genetics are actually the least important part. I mean it determines your growth rate. But everyoneâs hair is growing, not always at the same rate but itâs growing proper hair care keeps your hair strong and healthy so that there is optimal retention and minimal breakage. If you have hair that growing but itâs constantly breaking faster than itâs growing then. Growth is going to be stagnant no matter what your genetics are

This woman's hair is absolutely gorgeous in its natural state. It shows her beautiful texture and amazing length & natural thickness. The roller set was honestly enough. It's such a blessing to see Black women with naturally long, thick, healthy hair growing from their scalp. Yes, Lord! It's her real hair! Seems these days, most have gone overboard with store bought hair and/or wigs. God bless you both!
I thought roller set was enough as well, gorgeous hair.
I love the concept of the roller set, I think I would personally rock the roller set! You do such great work and her hair is absolutely gorgeous!
Her hair looks absolutely beautiful and you did such a great job!
@Linsay Valdez Exactly, people need to stop pretending everyone's hair can grow to their knees, because if that were really true, then everyone would have hair to their knees until they cut it. So lets stop pretending
@Linsay Valdez ik:)thereâs just this certain stereotype that natural hair doesnât grow as long while 90% of the time itâs just shrinkage thatâs distracting ppl from the actual length.
Iâm middle eastern and ppl think that all Asians should have super long thick hair which really isnât true.my hair can only grow past my butt and itâs on the thinner side so yeah,iâm just trying to fight some stupid stereotypes here.
I feel like a lot of people's hair grows best in its natural state. That's just my 2 cents, though. Lol
But who says that?
Eden is #1 in black Afrocentric haircare
Oh wow! I thought she was done at the roller set. That was beautiful enough for me and then she straightened it. Simply gorgeous
