The best wild mouse by far!! Is the Wild Mouse XXL on the german fair. Its a Mack with a extra loop around the coaster... But what makes it the best... It does not brake or trim the cars.... Its full speed madnes until the last turn. Its stupidly fun and out of control. Heidi the Ride on the german fair is also a awesome spinning mouse. A launched lift, a tilted turn and spinning cars from start to finish.
If Arrow had survived past 2002, then they would have built more extreme Wild mouse coasters. They could have built a suspended Wild mouse model or maybe one with Heartline rolls to be more on the extreme side.
You're ignoring the travelling coaster scene. Mack, Maurer, and Reverchon all debuted their Wild Mice on the European travelling fair circuit, and adding the number of mice that belong to travelling showmen would take you numbers up enormously
Absolutely. Since the traveling scene is harder to keep track of, I try to keep it all in park since that’s the true judge of how popular a model is around the world. I might have something planned for a traveling series in the future though 😉
Franz Schwarzkopf (Brother of Anton Schwarzkopd) and Werner Stengel invented the Design for Mack / Maurer, who will come so popular over the years Another big Players in the Wild Mouse Wars
Was it intentional you left out all traveling wild mice? Especially when you talk about the history of wild mice build by Maurer or Mack it feels a bit weird not to talk about their Coaster on the European fairgrounds (both company’s already manufactured their wild mouse models for the European funfairˋs since at least 1994). Otherwise really great and informative video.
Yes, I tried to make a point to say in park models with the Mack coasters. That’s been the biggest challenge I’ve had when thinking of how to do a Mack/Schwarzkopf/various other traveling coaster manufacturers
When Reverchon got bankrupt, Zamperla bought the rights to produce the Reverchon spinning wildmouse coasters. Reverchon has been re-installed as a producer of the Spinning Wildmouse 2.0. Since 2020.
Sidenote: Reverchon also made great log flumes. One operated in Slagharen and Sadly the traveling version of that layout is now with Mellors Group in the Arabs.
Hey not a fair statement. My generation genX looks for wild mouse rides in the park. If the park doesn't have a wild mouse then their collection is not complete. But we love wild mouse. Especially the wooden ones. Like Flying infestation at the now defunct Dog Patch USA in Arkansas.
Love those docs, the Intamin series was great, hope to see some sequels with other manufacturers!

Actually Little Amerricka Mad Mouse is pretty wild for its size.
Learning about the Wild Mouse War feels equal to learning about the Emu War in Australia and I am all for it
oh I love this very specific branch of the caoster wars good content!
In 2023, Cedar Point opened a Wild mouse while Busch Gardens Tampa removed theirs
i really like this documentary style video!

Good job on this video! It has great pacing and easy to follow layout. Your voice is not annoying and you present good information. Editing was good.

Really interesting video!
Arrow was a;so toying with spinning coaster + bob sled. Wild mice r soooo much fun!
Very good video :D would love a full history of the Wild mouse..
It was a crime that the wooden one at Blackpool pleasure beach was scrapped during the pandemic. It was the best ride in the park by a mile.
Cool videos. I love theme park stuff.

9:05 Zamperla licensed the Reverchon Crazy Mouse design.
Also you forgot to mention Fabbri.
