"Do it scared" is one I'm well acquainted with these days! I like to remind myself "it's ok to be afraid, it means you're about to do something very, very brave".

Ahh this is such a kind comment I’m glad it matched your expectation 🥹 I’d say keep going, it definitely does get easier. The main thing is that you don’t use your ED to deal with the guilt. You let it pass, and eventually your brain will learn, but it takes time 🩷 I believe in you!
