    "Do it scared" is one I'm well acquainted with these days! I like to remind myself "it's ok to be afraid, it means you're about to do something very, very brave".

    I’m going on holiday in two days a few months ago, I was literally planning what I was gonna eat the whole week, literally planning just to eat fruit and now that has not even crossed my mind and it’s all because I watched this video. Thank you so much Meg. ❤

    you've helped me sm and this is such a great video.."do it scared"/"feel the fear and do it anyways" is smth i try to do these days im still struggling and its hard but im celebrating my small wins.. oh and tip no.5>> it really doesnt need to be that important/significant and tip 8(i needed to hear that)..tysm for this❤

      Ahh this is such a kind comment I’m glad it matched your expectation 🥹 I’d say keep going, it definitely does get easier. The main thing is that you don’t use your ED to deal with the guilt. You let it pass, and eventually your brain will learn, but it takes time 🩷 I believe in you!
