This is the major reason I’m waiting for steady Electricity to relocate my business from Tx to Uyo. With the underwater internet cable being finished .. all it needs is steady electricity and I will turn and I’ll open our headquarters in Uyo for my IT business venture “Bendi” an app where it would link all industry not only in Akwa Ibom.. entire Nigeria.. business and locals will have an opportunity to sell/buy .. send/receive money.. order taxi rides.. security.. instead of calling the police the app will link to local police and authorities ..we will soon release our Beta phase..I’m just one Ibibio man in USA trying to help expedite IT development not just in Akwa Ibom ..or Nigeria but entire Africa. The road network is good they are nice but there is no structure i mean no houses no good building everywhere is empty just the road, every other thing is nowhere to be found. They should go and build good houses and bring people to live there because nobody is here but only the good road and trees are living here. I did not see even one person walking on the road everywhere is just empty

It is absolutely wrong for people to be allowed to dump refuse by the roads. The waste disposal bin provided is supposed to be for vehicular users and it is to be disposed daily. Residence and households should be provided with waste bin .
