In the second concern, I don't know how the owner has continued to work with her. I would've fired her and went to the police to file a restraining order. That girl hasn't learned proper social behavior, there's something seriously wrong in her head. How do you think stalking someone would lead to you becoming close friends with them? That only drives the other person away

The 1st and 2nd story is totally a concern. The employee girl totally creep me out. I think she should console a psychologist because there might be something has happen to her that make her so obsess over her owner. Make me think her like a sasaeng.
she wont seek psychologist because for her this isnt a concern... i think she just doesnt have any friend in reality and she cant make afford to meet new people via joining clubs or speed dating, so she just stick to the boss and wanna to into her circle, it is awkward and sad to see it
It is pretty creepy. She sees her owner as something so desirable the only way she can become like that is by becoming extremely close to her and gets nervous as she thinks it's the only way for her to become like her owner... It's pretty sad actually :(
it is sad. I wish they would have addressed that she wanted a non business relationship with her. I also think the owner is a bit at fault. if the owner knows that she's going to continue acting that way then she should hire someone else.

I can explain whats happening in the second concern. This phenomenon only happens between women of similar age, but never between men.
What you can see here is desperation. This woman doesn't seem satisfied with her own life and admires her owner's. For example, the owner has had a lot of plastic surgery and is really stylish, and has her own special circle of friends. She wants to replace her friends but she can't, as an employee who can only maintain a business relationship with her. But this type of woman can't control herself and her emotions, I mean SHE REALLY wants to be a part of her life, and doesn't know how to go about it discreetly or smartly.
This thing between women isn't exactly love, it's a dissatisfaction with one's own life and believing it can change with a person who is happy and pretty, like the owner.

I think the problem will lessen if the owner shows up one day in torn clothes and slippers, and starts picking her boogers, everyday. That would probably solve the problem quickly
That could work or maybe set aside a day to hang out with her to lessen the obsession but then again that might make it worse. I would say she can block her number but that could be bad for business. She could block her on kkt though.
I think she takes out her jealousy on the owner at work by treating her like an employee. She's the owner she needs to let it be known instead of trying to appease her.

@@Sgavell this is a late answer but basically it's a term for a crazy obsessed fan, I can't remember the exact definition right off the top of my head.
The first concern is very serious. I get the feeling the father started to realize it too, which is good. That whole family seems like they have a lot of issues not just about the smoking. I feel sorry for the father also. His wife doesn't seem to have any positive feelings about him. My mother is a bit similar with my father but luckily my father did have a daughter and I love him to bits. I think that father would be happier if he had a daughter. Hopefully one of his sons will have a loving daughter-in-law.
i think they lack affection...i have met a family like this, who are not close with each other, i'm sure the first concern is not just about smoking.

I don't consider the third concern to be a concern. The children will leave the house one day. I think it's wonderful that the mother and father share a hobby and spend time together even after being married for so long. At first I was worried for the mother, since I had a friend die while doing that, but she goes with other people so I am not as concerned. Let her enjoy her life. She seems like an energetic woman. Her husband is a lucky guy.
Yeah I think so too. Beside she worked so hard for her mother in law, she totally deserves a hobby like that. The girl was just sulking all the time about meals which aren't cooked for her. She should grow up and do her stuff and let the mother be happy.

I'm appalled by the second concern. It's ridiculous. The Boss has no obligation to explain herself or answer her calls. It doesn't matter if that girl wants to be close with her all the time if the other party doesn't consent. She has no right to invade her personal life or track her down and force her to hang out. Even firing her would be scary since those type of people can become even more obsessive and try to kill you or something. In the end, the boss has four choices: deal with her, fire her, or get the police involved. (maybe both.)

loved how the couple that had the wedding was 21 years apart but still got married and loved each other, which means even though infinite is older than I am, with love we can still get married!!!!!!

i swear to god some of these concerns I watch on this show are crazy. That employee is so messed up and behaves like a child, does not know what privacy/drawing the line means and is frankly very confused I think, about her sexual orientation. Either she is bi/lesbian or she has a unhealthy obsession towards her boss. I think you can even compare her to a stalker...

The first concern is really serious and I think the father started to realize it as well. I feel like the family doesn't communicate much or show affection (as they talked about) and that is a contributing factor to why the father smokes so much.
The girl is the second concern (the stalker) is crazy. It's obsession and if I were the store owner, I would feel uncomfortable and unsafe with this girl. I would legit fire her and get a restraining order omfg.

DefConn (Conny) is the best guest this show has ever had, since he is both talkative, charming, and engaging. I guess all that MC experience on Weekly Idol just makes public speaking natural for him.
Usually, the famous guests remain quiet or dont say much when they appear on this show, even the idols who do public performances.

That first concern is seriously how I feel for my friend & her 4 cats & 3 dogs... Her mom always smokes in the house and has been for yeeeaaars where none of the windows are ever opened and the AC is always on so everyone lives in cigarette smoke..

I can relate to the boy whose father smokes at home. When my parents were married, my father smoked at home. The tiles of our kitchen are white but when he lived with us, the tiles weres yellow!
And I still have lung health issues due to the smoke.
If you want to smokes, is your health. But don't smoke next to babys or childs, in the future they can develop some serious health issues.

The first concern is just sad. Especially for the mom. Unlike what others believe that smokers usually are the one who dies faster, secondhand smokers are worst. The side effects are faster for them than those who smoke themselves. Koreans are heavy smokers and its easy for minors to get their hands on cigs. I know its not just in korea but since older people there smoke alot it became so natural for them. I hope the father stop smoking inside the house

The woman at the end who rides a buggy reminds me of one of my neighbours. She and her husband sometimes goes on trips on their motorbike, and the smiles are very similar. My neighbour seems older though.

Are Koreans really naive enough to think the father will change just because he's acting nice on the show?
