- Start with 'A very good morning/afternoon/evening to everyone present'. Also mention how it has been a glorious association for X years with the organization.
- Share what you have learnt at the organization and how the learnings will help you in your future professional journey.
- Name all the people who have helped you and contributed to your experience working at the organization and thank them for their guidance. Also talk about the friends you have made at your workplace and how you will cherish the friendships.
- Share any interesting memory or anecdote that you can remember from your time working with the organization.
- Briefly talk about your future course of action, before thanking everyone once again.
