  • Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed on Monday the case brought by special counsel Jack Smith charging former President Donald Trump of mishandling classified documents and obstruction of justice. So, um, what? Sarah Isgur and special guest David French wonder the same thing.
    The Agenda:
-Why Judge Cannon thinks Jack Smith's position is illegal.
-Rating the decision, from solid law to bonkerstown.
-What will the DOJ do now?
    -Trump's Law of Felicitous Circumstances.

Cannon is auditioning for an appeals court position in the next Trump administration. Matt Gaetz has called for her appointment to the Supreme Court (a salute from one hack to another).

So, you often speak of Good Faith. Is it any less important to talk about bad faith decisions? Cannon has been blasted left and right for incompetency. But incompetency in ones profession can be overcome by bad faith acts on behalf one who, if he wins the presidency, can offer you a better seat, and, upon proving sufficient loyalty to his universe is likely to do so.
Shes acting in bad faith. Would it be he libel for you to simply say this, assuming you believe, at least in part, a bae faith act?
