In the past couple of years, I’ve really jumped onto the quiet luxury look - both in casual outfits and my office wear, so I love the tips on how to elevate everyday looks without being overly trend-driven. As a 49 year old, adopting quiet luxury, elevated basics, etc has stopped me from looking too old or trying too hard to look young.
I love this Susan! I am in my late twenties and I also feel weird wearing things that are super trendy because I feel like a mature woman and those “trendy” items most of the time are designed for younger girls. So it’s always good to find ways to still be fashionable and trendy while still looking mature!

Just subscribed - I am buying myself a whole new quiet luxury capsule - Brunello C, Purple Label Ralph Lauren with some Hermes scarves for my neck and handbag handles for my new denim color Chloé. This is my season of denim blue, grey and beige shades. Going with some tweed vests, newsboy tweed hats and ponchos from Ireland and Scotland. This is my fall trend. No ballet flat, I am into loafers and mules for running around town. Along with, leather high heel boots to j’uush it up if meeting for a casual girls drink after work at a pub. Yes, on the big belts. I already have 2 different brown/tan leather along with some suede belts. I am glad that I am almost hitting the nail on the head with this fall… by the way, I started a year ago, bleaching my hair from black to blonde - I want platinum, but its very difficult without breaking-off your hair. Lots of maintenance.
Love this for you!! I’m a big fan of loafers too, they give the same vibe as ballerina only the loafers are more school-like. As for hair, I also love platinum but I wouldn’t want to damage my hair like that. Try to find an in between, maybe some caramel highlights is what will look good on you - without the damage!

Yep all of those that you mentioned are classic fall fashion, but what I say in my video is if you want to have a more elevated trendier look than what is usually in style during the fall. I absolutely love leggings with ridding boots, so timeless! You’ll never go wrong with that :)
