He scored alot of goals for us trying to win something but we were not good enough. At Man U he achieved all of the two. Man, the football under Wenger was so sensational.
    The build ups as well as the moves that lead into super goals.
    Van Persie' volley away to Liverpool as well as his clinical goal at home against Spurs in the derby.
    Wiltshire scored a super goal. That great move against Norwich at home.
    Wenger is a phenomenal manager who brought us such beautiful football for our club and the goals beautiful so beautiful.
    Even Giroud with that scorpion goal superb.

      Delusional. These are just highlights. Giroud was never good enough to be a starting CF for Arsenal. If you just watch highlights of players like Giroud, Ramsey and Walcott, you'd think they were world class. But actually watching them play game in and game out, they were very inconsistent and frustrating players to watch.

      @@nostalgicbliss5547 thank you. This message board is over hyping too many players. Giroud was such a frustrating players. Between him and Ozil the body language was enough to lose us a few games a yr.

    • @GRAZIA2A

      We know very well Giroud haters in France. Benzema's community and its dhimmis have told so many wrong things about him... You are the same with your contradictions and your low viewes. During so long time, you didn't or you couldn't win the champion's title just because Giroud and now you're just saying he was just a sub. And it is true, so many times, he was on the bench, Sanogo, Wellbeck or Perez were on the pitch because Wenger (and Sarri after him) and many gooners did'nt understand nothing about his game. Giroud is not a simple striker, he's not a serial striker, Giroud owns a very strong link up play, an honest ability to score and the power of crushing defences. Giroud wasn't the cause of the Arsenal powersness, he was just the opposite and for every titles (small titles you despised yet) he was there, even with few minutes, he was decisive. I won't change your minds, i know, this player is not fast enough for you, he never scored 30 goals in a season, he's not rated in your virtual games but let me ask you 3 questions, How many times did you get the top four since he left ? How many titles did you win with Lacazette and Aubame ? And who was the Chelsea forward who gave them a lesson about winning a title, one year ago in Bakou ?

    • @Stri4ker21
      @Stri4ker21 Před 3 lety +1

      @@nostalgicbliss5547 you're wrong. Giroud had an important role in the season 13/14 with his abilities to hold the defender and play one touch pass on a little space and create changes to score. He wasn't a good finisher but he was major player for the attacking build up.
