Newcastle is better than lifeline, having a Newcastle as teammate is a safe win for me as a wattson main. Why? The defence is unbreakable, you can't even throw a gibby ult at us, nothing. Getting a knock and Newcastle pushing in with his wall is one of the most easiest pushes. An interceptor placed behind it and you don't even have to worry about your shields or incoming frags and so on.
Nobody wants to push that.
