Bro, I just sub your channel after watching few of them. Thumb up to you bro. I just stopped playing fifa recently. Fifa is enjoyable but the pace is just unreal and with ultimate team chemistry you can always get players to operate in super speed even with slow pace players. Weird to have all speeders on the pitch without proper gameplay tactic... Back to my question, if your initial attacking setting is through the middle but then if we set hug the touchline under advanced instruction at the same time, what is the idea behind? Will advanced setting overwrite the original attacking instruction?
Ka Loong Hon Hi mate, thanks for the sub, greatly appreciated and for your very kind words. I agree the pacing in FIFA is just off... it all feels a bit weird. As for ANY advanced instruction...off the top of my head... all of them work in tandem with attacking / defensive instructions. So let's take your example. Just because you choose to attack through the middle with hug the touchline, what you'll see happen is my favourite way of playing... this gets your wingers to hug, but your central midfield to squeeze together a bit. So you're stretching the opposition at the same time as you're cutting them to shreds in the middle with 1-2s on the edge of the box. From your opinion, what is the best tactical plan to beat the balanced formation 4/2/3/1? Especially when attacking, what is the best way to create enough spaces and solutions against this very organized and crowded formation?
A 4-3-3 formation should be sufficient enough to deal with this formation. have your wingers stretch out the pitch using the advanced instruction of hug the touchline and a counter target of any attacking player

false 9 can work well in a 4-3-3 in certain circumstances. I had a master league team with a front 3 of Hazard, Muller and Messi with false 9 on Muller as an ss. Muller would drop deep to collect balls from the CAM (DeBrunye), who would then drive beyond him into space, and then flick the ball onto one of the wingers who could either cut inside onto their strong foot to shoot or go wide to play a cross giving Muller and DeBrunye time to get in to the box or a ball to the edge of the box to either of the two to allow a shot from a more central position

However there are better combinations of tactics to take down Legend difficulty or a really top player online in my opinion. Hey dude, think I responded to your previous comment but in the Gameplan menu to the far right it allows you to save/load 3 formations. This saves formation, tactics, advanced instructions etc. Cheers bro!

Good tutorial mate, i have a question
I was playing with my friend few days ago and
He scored 2 penalties against me
He shoots in the middle with about 50% power
But i stayed with my goalie in middle the 2 times but when his player shoot my keeper goes down
And the ball is above him
And it's not even top middle its in the center of the goal
But me keeper goes down and let's it go in
He did it 2 times against navas and loris
And we played again lately he did it again
Middle shot 50% power
My keeper who was ederson goes down like the rest
Is there a way to score these types of penalties in pes
Because it was really weird and frustrating to concede?
Sir. Maku Hi mate, you should just leave controller alone and he won't fall down. If he does push up on left stick and tap X as he makes contact and he'll save it. The only other thing I can think of is your left stick is drifting downwards which would cause that to happen... but holding up on left stick should work. Cheers mate

Thanks dude, but I don't accept requests otherwise I'd be playing matches all day, every day and there would be no videos lol. I'm currently on about 4,000 requests lol. I don't play manual, I used to in PES 2017 because it was too easy, but Legend is a nice challenge this year.

I have a question.. Attacking full backs make your player wingers central so its the same as using False winger instructions. What happen if you used both in a tactic?
And since both are the same is winger in False winger move deeper into central than wingers in Attacking full back instruction?
And is the fullbacks in attacking full back go forward a lot more agressive than in false winger? (assuming both your fullbacks have offensive full back playstyle)
And how about using false winger tactics with players that have a roaming flank playstyle? The move deeper into central?
How about possession game tactics with Tiki Taka? Possession game is like tiki taka right? When using Tiki Taka, support will get closer. So if I used both will the support get a lot more closer? And what happen if you use counter attack and Tiki taka? Does it cancel each other?
Just want to clarify the advanced instructions, playing style. Theoretically, is it like attacking and defence level? Roaming flank, gray bar. False winger, 1 red bar. Attacking fullback, 2 red bar?
Because offensive full back will push forward, so I don't find (not seeing close enough.) that you have to chose attacking full back instructions. Will they just push forward a lot more agressive that usual?
Hey Spoony Pizzas. I've been Liverpool for roughly 6 seasons now, and I've tried about 7 different but I've recently switched to one for the last 10 or so games, which allowed me to win a simmed game 7-0.
Just wondering, if I send you the formation and any tactics I may use and why I use them, would you be able to try them out and do a review, either through comments or in a video?

Obviously I've changed things round and what not to try and suit how I play as well as how the players stats match up.
In possession I have 1CB, 1LB and 1RB
Just sitting in front of CB is DMF just left of the centre, 3 CMF one near left wing, one near right wing and the last CMF just slightly right of centre. Then on AMF in the centre, just one notch below SS.
I have one SS about 2/3rds to the right and then one CF.
Possession game, short pass, centre attacking, flexible.
Front line pressure, middle for containment and aggressive pressure. 7 Support range, 8 defencive line and compactness. Fluid formation.
Out of possession is the normal 4-3-3 for Liverpool but with 3 CMF's.
Hopefully that makes sense. If it doesnt, I'll try and show it in the comments 😅
This formation allows me to dominate the mid due to having 2-3 amazing passers and 2-3 amazing ball winners. I can counter really easy, I just have to be careful if the opposition has 3 upfront, but at least 2-3 of my mid always drop back.
Haven't used any attacking or defencive tactics with this yet but I think Tika-Taka will be good to use with this.
What happens when both attacks are enabled ,which one is working ?

Just to add...if you play something like tiki taka and hug the touchline. Your wide players will hug the touchline whilst players near the ball carrier will move close to support.

Attacking full backs - advanced attacking positioning or false fullbacks which join the midfield area bolstering your midfield. DEFINITELY a GOOD TIME TO RETURN!!
If you're expecting CB overlap to make lofted pass become super accurate like in old school PES/Winning Eleven, it will not.

And no I don't support West ham but recently they just haven't been doing great while they have a decent team but I have to say if I did support west ham they would have to have a player that's as good as arnautovic or even better ready to come in as a replacement then it would be a hard bid to say no to.

Tonight I played against a friend who used that crazy formation. I beat him using 5/4/1 with 1AMC, 1MDF, and two pacey players on both sides, with fast counter-attacks through sides and choosing the option LongBalls. I literally dominated him in the midfield zone and beat him easily 2/0 after missing a lot of chances. He had only one single good chance during all the game 😀 you just need to exploit the empty spaces in midfield, do some one-twos, control the game and never loose the ball in your defensive zone.
Check out Animes suggestion or try 523 or 532 and play counter attack, or check out my best online formation 352 with wing backs and man markers video. Cheers mate.

False no9, SS position will down to the deap or the CF will do that? Can you explain? Messi or suarez will do it?
If you have CF and SS, the SS will be false 9. If you have 2x CF one will be false 9. If you have one CF/SS they will be false 9

False fullbacks if you want midfield domination. Wing rotation is nice if you want your ACM running the channels inside your wingers - works nicely with hug the touchline if you're good with skills and skillful wide players

False 9 is the worst option in pes 18.. not effective as it was in pes 17 .. great video bro 👌👍
It only works with 442 or another CF... otherwise it's pretty poor. 433 or 451 is utterly useless with it... no players in the box to score with, results in shooting from range. I might do a test actually... for fun... shortly! :)
