Hey guys! Today we are doing a MASSIVE DECLUTTER, ORGANIZE & CLEAN. I went through the house to do a massive declutter, at the end you will see a BIG!! pile of everything that was collected from every room.
In this video I tackled the pantry, nursery, kitchen, living room and multipurpose room. I hope this motivates you to declutter and organize your home (space). Hope you enjoy it :)

we used to shop sales and buy what we wanted in bulk. but you can see we have too much. now we just shop for the week. It makes for good hurricane preparedness though. thanks for watching.

hahaha, yes we used to get alot of stuff on sale, but you can see we just end up with too much because it is a good price. so we stopped doing it and try to just get food for the week. thanks for watching hun.

Love this. Made me go thru my spices, threw out most of them! And here I thought I had it together on getting rid of things! Thank you. If this has been said before, forgive me. Using a tray/laundry basket to move many things at once, makes shorter work. Also, get up on the ladder as little as possible. Lower items to lower shelves/surfaces, and load them up on a tray/basket to take out of the area.

I imagine a lot of work and dedication you did to organize the whole house. It's good to get rid of stuff that it's not going to be used again. Couple of ideas that I thought might suit you. Use a black sharpie to write expiration dates in large print on pantry items & a list of what's in there that you mark off as you use it. X
yeah, we used to stock up more for hurricanes until we realized that none of the stuff was getting used. so we buy less now and are using it.
Great Video, me and hubby are in process of doing same to our very small (thank goodness) bungalow. there's just the two of us (and dog) and the amount of sheer rubbish we have is unreal!

I love organizing! This video is so entertaining and so satisfying at the same time! One advice I give everyone if may I: Simplify the cleaning products. We tend to buy several products that will do all the same. I like to stick to one glass cleaner( windex), one surface cleaner(clorox wipes), one floor cleaner(swiffer) and Clorox disposable toilet bowl brush. I mentioned examples of products above, but everyone can pick their own. Less chemicals to worry about you know. Less is more (you have too much plastic that will end up in our oceans) Simplify, downsize and remember that less is more.
Yes, I always like to try different products to see what is best. then I end up with extras for a while. I want to try some natural options too and see how they work. thanks for the suggestions hun. and stay tuned for more
I buy one multi purpose anti bacterial spray for kitchen and tables, one toilet bleach and a can of wood polish the rest I do with hot soapy water my daughter has asthma so I only use products when shes at school the rest I do with bar soap and elbow grease. You realise how much poison is in chemicals when you have an asthmatic family. Also lemon in hot water is the best bathroom cleaner by far you should give it ago smells great too just squeeze one lemon into a litre of water and rinse down after removes all soap scum, tooth paste Mark's and black around taps.
@@beckykent435 I agree, my brother has Asthma and my mom only uses products when he's not home. And she removed all the carpets out the house. So I definitely understands. We have a similar stock pile of food. If it's on sale, grab 10. I used to rotate toys. One tote (bin) out, one stored. Every 3 months, rotate. All of a sudden what's old is new again. Less toys, less clutter. Well done!! You did a great job!!!

The things that take me longest to declutter are my kids clothes. I find it hard to go through them because you get to see how much they have grown and it just shows you how fast time flies. 🥰 New to your channel! That must feel so much lighter to have your spaces tidied and to get rid of a bunch of excess stuff. I always need to remind myself not to keep buying more than I need or I’ll just be decluttering and throwing money away.
Also, in the kindest way, I counted 16 pairs of toddler shorts, 5 wooden spoons etc. I read your comments and I see that you’re planning to keep decluttering. It took me several years but I’m finally realizing how much less I need. My kids have 4-5 pairs of shorts for the summer for example and I have 1-2 spoons. It’s all a process and you’re doing great!
Yes, it is Nichole, I am super happy I got it done. Before I was pushing it back, because I was in denial of not needing to declutter but I was only lying to myself. The kids have a lot of aunties who gift them toys and clothes a lot. We plan on doing more decluttering as we go. My plan is to get rid of what we don't need, It's a process though. @@NaimahAltidore yes overload!! It's funny I dont buy alot for him for Christmas and his birthday because everybody else does. That's a good idea to go through toys during the yr because I buy throughout the yr
We tend to fill the space we have, but I wish I could show you minimalism, to save you years of your life folding and tidying the quantity of items! The library stores our books, we have capsule wardrobes (under 40 items each for all seasons) and keep as few surfaces as possible (less storage, less to clutter, less to decorate.) We have a large shoebox each for sentimental items, have a one-in one-out policy and monthly look to downsize (because we accumulate easily and often!)
The main reason we find clutter is because of lack of a decision and also (as Marie Kondo puts it) an attachment to the past, or fear of the future. It's an ongoing project, but the simplicity of the last 10 years has saved me stress, energy and time. Congratulations on your big step towards simplicity!

Aw you're too kind haha! I've been decluttering for 11 years, so I've had some time! But it's great counting things and setting limits. Eg counting t-shirts: if I have 50 t-shirts, could I half it? Can't wait to see your next video! X
