Good Morning!! Welcome to today's real life extreme cleaning motivation! I put together my first ultimate whole house clean with me all day video! It was an exhausting day to say the least, BUT it was an actual messy house to clean and declutter so it's completely satisfying.

It is a great one of a kind product for revealing the simple method to declutter your home without the normal expense. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy finally got astronomical results with it.

I know this an old video and an old comment, but THIS! I started cleaning motivation videos and for the longest time I could ONLY find videos where the houses were already clean. I'm like what the heck am I supposed to get out of this? My house doesnt look like that, my house is ACTUALLY messy. This is motivating content lol

Motivation â€ïž I want to address those who judge her immediately - many people suffer from depression, ptsd, grief,and many other unseen disabilities that effect day to day life - Iâm not saying this is okay but she spent 12 hours cleaning which none of us know why. Donât be so quick to judge because you may be humbled real quick. Keep up the great work maybe next time it wasnât as stressful âïžâ€ïž

I think u should do a decluter in every room. U have so much of everything and it's to easy for it to get on top of u. I have 5 kids and used to get overwhelmed with all the stuff until I minimalised and now my life is simple easy to clean. Great watching xx

Take pictures of the cleaned area and post it up on the walls so your kids have a picture model as what their rooms needs to look like.. itâs very helpful and thereâs no back and forth.. just direct them to the picture without telling them what goes where

I love you so much for this because it's real. Look at other videos like this; its an instagram perfect house, with a beauty queen mum in full hair and makeup, and the "mess" is 3 dishes on the side and a half full laundry basket. Thank you for being honest with what life is actually like.
Finally a house cleaning video of a house that is actually messy! Most of the houses in these videos look like someone barely lives there let alone a busy family. You kicked butt, definitely gave me some inspiration to tackle my own messy house! Thank you!
MeGz H probably because they donât want to live in a pigsty. People who live like this are usually either 1. Lazy 2. Depressed. This is gross. I understand the kids room, but the rest of the house? Itâs definitely not all from the kids. This is coming from someone who had 5 kids in their family.

This is very realistic. Especially for people with like depression, or anxiety. You can fall into down modes where youâre out for WEEKS and it all backs up.
Courtney Melnichenko I have anxiety, depression, a full time job and my house has never even gotten half this bad. Itâs not realistic. Did you see the hallway? Thatâs a hazard. Things donât have to be spotless but no ones house should ever look like that.

This video was bad! My viewers who watch my regular videos, some of them don't know how to clean at all, not my place to wonder why, I'm just sharing. There have been women tell me that life got the best of them, not my place to wonder how, however they told me I inspired them to make a change. In that mind or anything other than "what most people do" it's easy for ppl who are different to feel bad about it and I'm here to share despite opinions of others and on the flip side doing absolutely nothing, that big dirty tasks can be managed and we can get our life together. I might be lazy to you but many ppl can't clean for 4-10 hours a day either. And this video was the after math of not cleaning our bedrooms for a month when I started CZcams and we have since Decluttered every room. And I share a brand new video each week so those following along know I may not be great at tidying up regularly but I get it done regardless!
I'm currently suffering from severe clinical depression & my house gets this bad when my depression gets bad simply because I am just too mentally exhausted & physically exhausted to do anything including showering or eating. This is the motivation I needed, thank you.
Iâve been there before. Start with one room. Iâm sorry to hear your battling things. Stay strong. Mess does give me anxiety, thatâs why I clean the way I do because cleaning although Iâm not perfect at it, when I do clean I really scrub and have things just so because I like controlling things with my cleaning and my mood even if everything seems hectic I can control our space.

Put on some dance music, crack a window or two for some air, and just start doing house stuff. And take breaks if you need to. Thats what i do. Its kind of therapeutic i promise. It'll be ok. Pray to the lord for stregnth and keep on pushing. đȘđđ

I have severe generalized anxiety and I totally feel you on this! My biggest tip is make âchore chartâ for your good days and one for your bad. I even have one for really bad days. Your good day might look like âpick up house, dishes, 1 load of laundry, sweep and mopâ bad day might be âget 1 load of laundry done OR dishesâ really bad days usually involve things for my well being like âbrush teeth, shower, put on clean clothes, brush my hair, take a short walk outsideâ on my really bad days I put myself over my house and it was hard at first but now it helps insure that I have a better day the next day. Donât pressure yourself to be like these cleaning moms on CZcams that show they have everything taken care of cause they donât, and Iâm not talking about this channel. Guilt can be your enemy and there should be no guilt in caring for your mental health BEFORE your house. Messes come and messes go but you got one mind and one body that needs extra attention at times.
Good job mama, my grandma always told me if I did a little bit every day I wouldnât have a huge mess to clean every once in awhile(that stuck to me into motherhood) So satisfying to watch tho.

This can cause health problems and I assume she has a husband, who was the man seen in the video. There are SO many families of two kids+parents and surprisingly most of them manage the household. Doing. Chores. Is. A. Simple. Everyday. Mandatory. Period.

If you are a stay at home mom, and your kids are at school all day, you are alone and have nothing else to do, then it's easy to have an always clean home. If you are working, you come home with your kids, you have to cook, help with homework, take care of everyone, clean, and you have 4-5 hours a day for these, your home can be messy and nothing is wrong with it. You can't live in mess of course, but that does not mean you can always keep everything clean, go work, have fun with your kids, and be together with your husband. This is a cleaning video, so She is cleaning, not her husband, not her kids, even if they help her other times - I don't know how they usually do it, but you and other negative people doesn't either. Annnd of course we don't know how often her house becomes this messy, this is a video about cleaning, not asking tips about how to live her own life.

And just because she cleans her house in this video itâs still not irrelevant how messy it was before. I am just so mad about the fact that the house got to this state. There might be mould growing somewhere under all this mess and all the dust gets in the respiratory tract. I see a lot of negative comments, and 'advice' not asked for. If you manage to live in a spotless, minimalist, showroom style house then good for you. If you're surrounded by toys, clothes, and general clutter - good for you too.

I study child development and a child dose not need that many toys. Check out the Montessori method.

I do think that everybody has to learn to clean.. It's easier when you use something and clean as soon as youre done... What annoys me is the fact that the husband doesn't clean. If I have to clean then my bf has to be out of the house because I get annoyed that he is not helping.
If she is a stay at home mom, she has a responsibility to her kids, but that doesn't mean that they shouldn't learn how to clean up after themselves. If you want a child to clean you have to start early. Teaching them, that once they are done playing with something that they put away, and that they have a specific place to play, only that area is where their toys will go... Not all. Over the house

I'm currently going through a deep cleaning process with my room so, I have room to store my gifts from this upcoming Christmas. At first look, my room looks clean. But, there's lots of clutter in drawers and under my bed and corners of the room. So, the fact that you cleaned your entire house, practically by yourself, is more than enough motivation for me to finish my cleaning process. Thank you!!

I love the fact that you live in a normal average house that has kid's and an actual mess. I've watched a lot of cleaning videos in people's houses that look staged . I'm tired of other moms excusing their houses being a mess, I have 3 kids, boys. I work first shift my boyfriend works 2nd. I do all of the cleaning and cooking and housework, even outside work, shoveling, trash, dogs mess. Everything. I'm not out of shape. And I'm very happy, I also have time to do everything I want. Please stop making "Lazy behavior, and mothers" such an idolized thing.

Thatâs what helps me get everything in order⊠but i need to learn to keep it together⊠the extreme cleanings are satisfying in the end up i want to keep it that way. Save time at stress! No he will. But I donât really ask. He is not a slob. He currently handles all financial responsibility for our family so I only find it fair to not ask him to come home after 10 hours to help clean.

I'm actually so stressed over it. We have inspections from the landlord and it's coming up soon. And my mom asked me if I could skip out of Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow so I can clean on my only day off from university. So I'm like ._. Literally I have to skip out of a family event so I can clean the house. It's not even my mess. Literally my room looks like an IKEA bedroom display. And the rest of the house LITERALLY looks like a mild case of hoarders. Like it's bad bad, but I can still walk down the stairs etc. But there's dirty dishes piling in the kitchen to the point where there's no counter space and can barely cook on the oven because the oven is pilled with dirty dishes. I do mine, but my family will leave it for weeks. I'm frickin done. I have no funds to leave. Dont have friends. How could I even want them when I could never invite them over?
A coworker went grocery shopping with me. When we got to my place (she drove me back) she offered to help take my groceries in. I started having a panic attack. When we got to the door, I knew I couldn't allow her in. SO I TOLD HER NO BECAUSE MY HOUSE IS TOO MESSY. HOLY SHIT IT WAS THE MOST EMBARRASSING THING EVER. But I feel like if I let her in that would be worse. I'd never hear the end of it at work. Jesus.
Put your foot down girl. Itâs their mess, they should clean it up. Sometimes you need to put people in their places, doesnât matter who it is. What are they gonna do when you move out one day?
