Just a suggestion, turn the brake levers down a bit so they follow the line of your arms - they'll feel much comfier.

Hmm I know (Jac here) it was a blonde moment I realised as soon as we started to watch the footage back to edit it, we have now correct it. Thanks for taking the time to message us.
If you plan to keep the bike upgrade the 7 speed gear freewheel to a 11/34 tooth cassette. It will make a world of difference to your leg speed and save on battery power. You'll pedal easier and go further.

Heaven, an E-Bike with off road tires. Hydraulic disk brakes. Fantastic for quick rides into town for shopping. Do you get to keep this? I know bikes here about $2500 dollars. How would you store on boat? I know bike can be a target for thieves. Need strong lock. Thanks for demo ride.👍❤️😀

Boy there are a bunch of these new electric bikes coming out. I like the look of a fresh design too instead of a retro-fitted bicycle, which is what quite a few others seemingly are.

Non folding, weight 74lbs including battery , living on a narrowboat I would be struggling to store it sadly, but nice review 👍

Maintenance instructions are in the user manual and on the companies website. It’s a great bike. As you can see .. we loved it! 👍❤️

Front mudguard on wrong way round. Other than that good what wattage is the motor?
Hi Mandy sadly that was my mistake (Jac here) we’ve corrected it now. It’s a 250W but restricted to 25mph in the UK. Thanks for your comment and we hope you continue to enjoy.

Restricted for UK???

Yes e bikes are speed restricted in the UK but not so in other countries.. hence us not fitting the throttle. 👍❤️

Sort them brake levers out, so uncomfortable in that position, angle them down to follow the line of your arms.

Hi Robin thanks for the comment. It's like charging anything you always monitor what is happening. We have never had a problem but it's like anything to do with safety check, check and check again.
E-bikes like that should be banned from sale, 1000W motor 50 KPH top speed it's a freaking motor bike not a bicycle. Restricting it to 250w/15.5MPH in software does not make it street (or tow path) legal since it's trivial to override the restriction.
