4 eggs
200g ham (7 oz.), or any
200g (7 oz.) Fontina cheese, or any
salt, black pepper,
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp dry parsley

I would probably just use ground beef.
The titles make me want to punt a kid across a room but the videos are relaxing.
For me, "I don't have time" to cook means I don't have the1 minute that it takes to pour cereal in a bowl and add milk to it.
If you have time to watch CZcams and leave comments, you definitely have time to make an omelette.

Some people have the time, but still use time as an excuse, but yes. Ham and cheese omelet isn't my first choice for convenience. Especially dealing with the ham and cheese.

you could do a classical, french style omelette with the same ingredients, but your egg would be moist and creamy, instead of overcooked.

We in Europe often do not consider spices as ingredients but as an additive ;)

Such a thin egg pancake… cooks waaay too fast . By the time the ham and cheese got into play and it was folded thst ehh was ridiculously overcooked. The way it folded up .. looked stiff … that’s a sign

A low number of ingredients doesn't mean less time and this is a prime example of that.
I would use thinly sliced ham and cheese from the deli. The grating part is what slowed things up...
