Thank you Sara and Danny. I always enjoy your videos, taped and live! I like the process and the challenge of making bags but I’m terrible at choosing the right fabric for the right bag. I hope you can do a lab on choosing fabric (whether leather, vinyl, cork, canvas, etc) for your popular bag designs.
Just found your channel and have binge-watched a few already. Great content! June/July plans will be getting some quality time in with hubby as we are both recently retired and now have time for us. And to work on a few sewing projects I've got planned.
This was such a timely tutorial! Thank you. ❤ I could only find twill 1.25” tape in my local store for a strap and now I have the ideal remedy than what was suggested. 😃

Have some great trips planned for June and July. Going to Land of Natura water park with family in June and going on a 10 day motorcycle ride down to North Carolina. Will grab fabrics and make bags with the fabrics from my trips so I am always reminded of the fun!

A highlight for July will be attending the Rolling Stones concert in Vancouver 😊 I loved the Bag Lab demo and will definitely try it out. I just finished making the Widget Messenger bag for my grandson and that would’ve been the perfect opportunity. I agree that cork is wonderful to sew with. Thanks for another great show!

I’m late to watching as I spent the last few weeks preparing for a sewing demo I was giving to my ASG group as well as a major knitting class I was hired to teach. Everything went well and now I can enjoy the rest of the month!
I missed the stream but came to catch up! Love the baglab, I am going to try it!
For fun, I was accepted into a ‘giant’ craft show on the New Jersey beautiful coast; where 300 juried artisans will be one block away from the beach showing and selling their work. So, on 6/15 I hope to have fun and get thru the very long day….but I have been sewing like a madwoman to prepare for the event. Praying for a sunny and pleasant weather day, and for the energy and stamina to smile no matter what happens!
Really enjoyable show! Our plans for June and into July are 3 weeks holiday on the Greek island of Kefalonia, one of our favourite places🏴🇬🇷☀️

😂was worried I would miss the live. So smart of you to eliminte not getting back in time! I was traveling too. TX to VA. I have to say the simpler to sew but looks complicated. I want to make a leather bag and these are the best to try. I think they would look great

Dear Mrs. Lawson...It did not matter that your Sewical Sunday was taped this month, I am always glad to get all the information you give for building my sewing skills. I'd be happy to have taped weekly programs if you could find the time to tape short reels about new information and products. I feel like I'll never be able to be in your league as a sewist. Watching you is such a treat, you're calming-your patience is something I try to imitate. I'd love to win a gift card -my answers to your questions this month are 1) No I have never used magnets. They are something I'll be buying. My three year old grandson is interested in everything in my sewing room. Children swallowing magnets is a real danger. He's not allowed in my sewing room, but my question, do the magnets come with warnings about swallowing and keeping out of reach of children? 2) no plans this summer except to enjoy my sewing projects and my grandchildren...I got a new granddaughter Feb 1 of this year! Thank you...Mrs. Laura Mitchell, Medina, OH---in between Cleveland and Akron....
I will be spending 5 days in Las Vrgas in July...hope to do some fabric shopping

Hmmmm, I like all the bag packs! It would be a hard decision, but I would probably go with the pink horses.
We are usually in the wheat field at the end of June and early July. We do get to see the fireworks in the surrounding towns in the area while we are in the combine!

I am going on a later in the year vacation with my sister and her husband. They are retired and live out of their travel trailer. They will pick me up in Illinois and we are going to Tennessee this year. We will visit Nashville and Memphis. I bet you can guess what we will be doing there. LOL. Last year we went to Canada and the year before we went to Denver, Colorado.
Yes I’m going on a cruise end of June. Then having back surgery in July.
My fun plans for June and July are a couple of staycations with alone time to sew. Might not be fun to most, but will be a much needed stress break for me

My husband had an accident and broke his pelvis. He is slowly healing and is home now! 😊
He is currently using a wheelchair at home. We are looking for a handy cross body bag pattern that he can put his cell phone and wallet into. 😀
I don't have much plans as summer is a busy month at my work..but I do hope to try out some new patterns this summer!
My plans for June & July are to go to all the beach concerts my town has arranged for at our beach.
