I have an rx 6700 xt, i5 10400f, and 16gb ram, but for some reason i cant get very good performance in gta... I should be able to run it at max graphics at 1080p with above 100 fps right? But I only get like 70-80 fps at pretty high settings... Someone please tell me how to fix this!

i have this problem where if i drive in car on high speeds textures not able to load fast enough from bad ones (background) and game freezes for 30-40 seconds and when unfreezes its fine for area where i was. Again if i drive from there further it happens again, Anyone have fix?

Hello bro I downloaded gta 5 fps pack and went to GTA 5 config but there is not option for very low end potato PC .

I need help, I recently purchased a GPU (6750XT ASRock Challenger Pro) to pair with the Ryzen 5600X. After installation, I played some games like GTA 5 and Apex Legends. However, I am currently experiencing an FPS drop issue in both games. I am getting 140+ FPS in both games while playing with 1920x1080p settings, but the FPS is constantly dropping from 140 to 20 or 10 FPS. This occurs 2 to 3 times per minute, significantly affecting my gaming experience. I want to know if there could be any issues with the GPU or if I should adjust settings to resolve this problem. Can you guys help me with this?
Same But I got hp omen i7 8gb with rtx 3070 and on fivem I run up to 140 fps but get bad drops in city down to 30
i did everything including the mod itself, but for me it works the best with very high graphics without the mod. tho this video helped and solved it. i played on +-40fps now im 60+ always. thanks a lot

Guys just set the Vsync settings on half. Helps with the game stability. I had a lot of stutters on high end pc, but after turning Vsync on half it helped a lot, don't see any stutters.
This worked for me. I usually turn v sync off but this is the first time it's actually helped! Thanks man!

For some reason my pc gpu and ram is around 30 percent and still gta is running at 40 fps and i have a pc way over the specs for gta idk y its like this. I use to be able to run 120 fps not too long ago.

I have a low-mid end laptop but GTA V was going smoothly in normal graphic settings until I upgraded to windows 11 and after I installed windows 11 my GTA V starts to lag and the FPS dropped to 10.
Not all games are optimised for Windows 11, Either wait for it or downgrade to Windows 10.

Hi mate, play GTA 5 on my Lenovo ThinkPad i5 laptop, tha processor is 2.50GHz but can reach 3.20GHZ, I have 8GB RAM and 1TB hard drive, it also has 2GB graphics card, but when I play GTA 5 both online and offline via steam it lags a lot, but it used to play smoothly at high and normal settings, I was having a 500GB hard drive, Can you please HELP me, I really want to play GTA 5 that doesn't lag.

Don't bother going through all of this just lower your graphics to normal turn off vsync and make sure you keep it at 60 hz and cap your frame rate at 60 worked perfectly and the game looks fine and yes I have a high end PC

Protip: Dont run random regedit files from the internet.. they aren't a virus but they can make your pc basically unusable so you have to reinstall windows
For this specific reasons, I recommend making a System Restore point at the first place. I hope that answers your question.
I take back my earlier comment on this video because of this warning and this...I followed all the steps, commands, and fps improvement downloads from this video and as of a few hours after using the game, my hard drive has completely crashed with no signs of hardware damage or infection beforehand. Theres no way to even boot it up again, the drive is completely fried. I'm certain something from this fix caused it. So I'm advising to skip the weird downloads and just follow the internal game graphics advice. This is a huge danger to systems

It runs smooth for the first 8-10 mins then starts lagging heavily and gets choppy :(
