Peut-on conserver cette mixture comme on fait pour la lactofermentation?
Non. Au frigo c'est 4/5 jours maxi. Si vous voulez le conserver il faut le mettre en conserve. Et dans ce cas, ce sera de la pasteurisation ou de la stérilisation. Mais il faut être tres attentif à respecter les températures de pasteurisation ou de stérilisation sous peine de prendre des risques de santé très graves.
