    This traditional Mediterranean recipe offers a dish rich in antioxidants thanks to the aromatic molecules contained in garlic, pepper and basil. Central element of the Cretan diet, the pepper can be used both raw and cooked. Here, the recipe uses a cooked pepper, only grilled in the oven.

    Peut-on conserver cette mixture comme on fait pour la lactofermentation?

      Non. Au frigo c'est 4/5 jours maxi. Si vous voulez le conserver il faut le mettre en conserve. Et dans ce cas, ce sera de la pasteurisation ou de la stérilisation. Mais il faut être tres attentif à respecter les températures de pasteurisation ou de stérilisation sous peine de prendre des risques de santé très graves.
