One of my favorite Sooners of all time
Sterling is always going to be one of my favorite players.
Love this kid !!! Truly one of the greatest Sooners ever!! Great Ambassador for what it means to be a Sooner!! Boomer Sooner!!
I met Sterling once in the locker room after the spring game before his senior season.
I met several players that day but I have to say, Sterling’s humility and kindness left a an impression on me I will never forget. His kindness and friendliness was beyond the norm for a lot of players at the D1 collegiate level. He’s truly an awesome guy.
“Let me sit sideways in the big Benz,OU boyz they my brothers they my friends”- classic rap by Kelly
Old enough to remember Sterling's uncles and father. Their family was originally from Odessa, Tx. Woody, Darrell were the uncles. Derrick was Sterling's dad. All had their moments at OU. Woody's halfback pass to Steve Rhoades against Nebraska in 1976 was the very first play that started the phenomenon known as "Sooner Magic"....
Oklahomans are the nices People
Sterling a good kid
Plus he comes from a great family
My fave of all time
Just to show how big Sterling was in Oklahoma before he even got to OU my senior year my highschool head coach used playing against Sterling and Barry Sanders Jr as motivation for making the playoffs cuz we would have went against Herritage Hall in the first round 😂
Miss you bro you was the truth🅾️🙌🏽🧬
Boomer damn Sooner
