Does Bay Area have cooperation apartments for sale(like NYC)?

Yes--largely concentrated on the north side of the City in Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Pac Heights. Not as common as condos, but they exist here. Gorgeous old school buildings, very $$$$ HOAs, most have A++++ views.
