This is my favorite McCammon story. I have read it about 6 times. So exciting to listen! Thanks!
Cheers for the upload. Nazis, secret agents and werewolves - you can’t go wrong 😄 It brings to mind those brilliant French graphic novels with occult WW2 themes. The best parts were the werewolf clan in Russia, but the WW2 adventures were a mixed bag. I hate it when characters make stupid decisions to put them in danger, or when villains don’t just put a bullet in the brains of heroes whom they’ve captured for the nth time. A bit Austin Powers. Plus the big plan was a tad daft. It would never have worked. I was expecting an atomic, primitive dirty bomb due to the Norway (heavy water!) connection. Still, enjoyable enough and the good parts were a treat.
Thanks. Ive listened to a lot of stories you posted. May I ask where you get them from. Another thing, when I was in rehab a guy brought hellrasier to watch. I liked the movie and stuff, at that time I read books there to pass time because no TV or phones allowed. Anyway I listen to audiobooks at work now and clive barker, I knew that name was familiar. So I listened to most of clive barker stories. Once again thanks for the post I appreciate it, I listen to them at work mostly helps the day go by while listening to great stories.
Holy god was the form of a werewolf when he desended upon man. Ripping the flesh of corrupted holy spirits. Only to realize he was the one that created.
