the swords from pvp which seemingly come from ashenvale pvp rep(not sure here) seem like very good accessible options as well. (wow channel put out a video 5 hours ago, they are in the video towards the end) There is also a shield from the new raid "shell plate barrier" 725 ar 14block 14 str
Yeah I just saw that! Nice to have them confirmed. And that shield is very nice, I think still worse than Basalt Buckler for horde but better than everything else.
Cheers glad you enjoyed it. Yeah good idea with the enchants, the tricky thing is that there are a lot of enchants in the technically-possible-but-super-hard-to-get category so I'd have to have multiple options for every slot. I might do a video just on enchanting and how to get the mats for each enchant.
A shield with +8 int and +2 sta better than choosing the Enforcer Pauldron +8 str, +8 sta? To be fair the shield is 5-10 ilvls higher than 2nd highest ilvl shield, although that shield got useful stats only. As I understand it from this video, the extra armor and block is very important and warrior tanks will use shields.
Yeah, the int is fairly useless, but it's just that armor, which is such a nice stat. Also, while enforcer pauldron is better than the next best alternative, it's pretty close, whereas the shield is way better than alternative because of the high armor.
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it. Almost finished the Arcane Mage, then I've promised tank rogue next, but after that I'd be happy to do priest. Are you more interested in shadow or holy?
@@_Foobar im very interested in those too and will watch when they release, But i'd say the intress is fairly even though i suspect healer is generally the way to go but pvp type with less healing power though that's not so much in this level bracket. and i suspect quite alot of it will be the same as arcane mage.
What about it? Warriors can't use it but it's probably bis for ret paladins? (gizmotron megachopper is potentially slightly better if you're engi and assuming gnomer is available; fathomblade from new BFD raid is probably slightly worse but depends on how good the proc is)
@@zacherysanders7316 Ah all good. Verigan's Fist is no good for holy paladin since spirit doesn't benefit holy paladins much and it doesn't have any +healing which is holy paladin's best stat (+healing makes flash of light do actually respectable healing output). It's very good for retribution paladins though since it has so much raw weapon damage on it.
We know some of the raid drops, and I've included those where I can, but with having a few options for each slot, yes this will serve as a nice preraid list. As for stam/armor vs dps/threat, there's always some balance between the two, you always need *some* defensive stats, but how good strength/agi/hit are will depend on how much we're rolling over trivial content vs progressing on difficult content. Having a balanced set but having a few dps pieces and a few more mit-focused pieces in your bags to swap around is a good strategy.
Really liked your explanations. I'm hyped for SoD!
Cheers, me too!

Very nice presentation, really would have liked matching enchants, i guess most ppl are unfamiliar with the low lvl enchants

Good stuff mate, Combat Rogue plz... and a possible rogue tank bis list xoxo
I have a tank rogue bis list coming very soon! Expect it in the next few days :)
Good work
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it.
Would you say the shield from SFK is still decent also?
Definitely solid yes.

You should definitely make a documenti for this
Glad you enjoyed it, I might do when SoD comes out proper
Love the content, can you do priest next?

What about the 2h mace from the level 20 paladin quest?

@@_Foobar lol I’m a bit tired and clicked on the wrong video in my history this was meant for the paladin one xD

This accent man, so hard to follow. 😭
Oh I'm a New Zealander, we don't have an accent.
its preraid bis. Also you do not even know how important stamina is for the raid maybe damage is more valuable for threat.
