I remember finding the secret levels in Crash 3 purely by accident as a kid. I tried so hard to get back into those levels and when I could, I was estatic

I swear there was a secret in Crash 2 where you would go up some stacked nitro boxes and got teleported on top.

...Which was found fairly on in that path, so you could simply grab the gem, die, and then not have to do most of the secret route.

One day my weird ass decided I could sacrifice a few lives and found the gem unexpectedly

I'm really impressed at how far the games have come. The first has become a major favorite of mine because it's so much more enjoyable with the ability to use the left stick and the auto save feature. Haven't touched the second or third games just yet but so far the first seems to be the most improved

Fumbling in the dark was such a pain with the original but now the remake makes it a little easier, for the lighting at least.

Crash n sane trilogy 1 secret levels need keys that obtain from cortex bonus rounds but for the level stormy ascent you need to purchased it from the store and you can play it from the beginning.
Crash n sane trilogy 2 secret levels accessible from secret exits in other levels.
Cortex n sane trilogy 3 secret levels need relics or secret exits in other levels but for the level future tense you purchased it like stormy ascent.
In the sewer level "Hangin' out", you can press the crouch button to push up Crash Bandicoot's legs in order to avoid the spiky robots.
Btw I've played on the PS4 version, it's not bad visually but it's like something is missing in the rendering to make things, specially stones textures less plastic. :l
It has some problems like the hit-box but still this game is pretty cool compared with the warth of cortex or the titans games (i think they nailed it with Crash 1 but in this one Crash 2 is more harder than ps1 europe version)
@@La-hora-del-terror Yep, I felt a big difference in Crash Bandicoot hitbox, but specially the jump button sensitivity doesn't fell balanced so well.
@@macrofage1551 you're right, that bothers me when i disconnect my head and i'm playing like i usually play the original and die cause i jump and hit the enemy but the game says "no, you hit the electrified tentacles"

I dont know if you guys ever heard of the levels that were cut from the first crash bandicoot game ( a waterfall level like slippery climb but with a djungle theme) it would have benn very cool if they added these levels to the N. Sane trilogy

You'll have to amend this to include Stormy Ascent when Lost Treasures is released.

Yes. The trophies for Stormy Ascent are already online (silver for the clear gem and gold for the relic). I anticipate that this will be announced and/or released during the Vicarious Visions / Activision / Naughty Dog panel at Comic-Con in San Diego on July 20th. They said that a 'special surprise' for Crash fans regarding the N. Sane Trilogy would be announced.

You know you can hold Circle to pull your legs up on monkey bars, right? That's how you get through the Hangin' Out secret path. Also, were there extra lives there when you first played through it? Because there should be!

I cannot get the alien sign to topple like at 23:46, I just crash straight into it like it's any other solid object, I must have tried a dozen times. Help from anyone on the problem would really appreciated :)
I figured it out! I was trying to enter it during time trial mode, which is possible in the original game and what I always do, it's just not possible in N Sane. Trilogy. Hope that info helps someone :)

Both you get the relics depeneding on your time but also its a nice lil competition to see who is faster between you your siblings or friends

If you didn't know but there's a secret on either bee-hauling or diggin-it which is on the cortex strikes back game where soon in the level there is a nitro staircase and you jump on the top and it takes you to a secret bonus level.

Rodeth Icong because it would make it the worlds easiest way to farm lives, since you don't lose any in time trials and could just keep restarting to get unlimited wumpa fruit.

Basically its like hidden areas/bonus levels say like you find a secret area or a key to unlock a new level you missed or is connected to the level by it :)
So more fun levels and extra areas where you get a gem or colored gem
