Thanks Mercer for this wonderful tutorial. In the end after setting up the All Event custom Tag in Tag manager and testing it using the preview button in Tag manager and the debug mode in GA 4, aren't you suppose to click submit, at the Top right of Tag manager, to Analytics so it can get the updated information?

I am facing issue with the GTM trigger. When I debug and put any url, it shows me the data but when I go from one page to another like you did in the video, it says tag not installed and my tech team isn’t able to fix it.

Thank you for the video, I have actually been using the OG method you uploaded 3 years ago where we needed to create variables and add the parameters manually. Now with the new method, leaving the parameters alone and using ecom data under more settings, is everything automatically captured or I still need to add the specific things I want eg. currency?

at 9.34 you added config & page view tag. But how did you setup this tag & with what parameters?

I have this set up and every e-commerce event fires correctly in debugger except the "purchase" event. It fires but the Items don't appear as parameters like they for all the other ecommerce events. Any ideas why this might be happening?

If it's a Shopify store they might restrict 'purchase' event. May need Shopify+ to get it to fire.

Thank you for the video but it isn't that simple. It's too fast tutorial. I really need someone who explains in detail. This is not explaining. This is just showing how it works. But we all know that. We need a real how to do video.
