Si queremos trabajar en hierro , asemos de metal la mesada y en lugar de ese motor con fresa ,ponemos una amoladora ,con piedra de 3 mm de grosor y aprobechando las regulaciones le damos 1 pasada hondo y al centro del diente y 2 pasadas mas una adelantada y otra atrasada y quedara perfectamente formado el diente y todo el engranaje de hierro ,quedara listo

Si uno tiene 26 dientes y el otro ,la mitad ,es simple ,pasa dos dientes de la maqueta y conside justo,aclaro que en engranajes o poleas con correa ,se puede multiplicar el perimetro o el diametro ( es lo mismo) y si queremos reducir a un tercio el giro ,asemos asi 9 cm divido 3 sera 3 ese sera el que manda y el que recibe sera el de 9 ,si necesitamos ,aumentar la velocidad el de 3 es el que recibe y el de 9 el que manda

Fantastic work on the machine, am sure it's not an easy task for maximum folks unless one os a Mechanical Engineer. Wouldn't it be easier to mould or clone the gear.

Hello friend, thank you for the video. With all my respect, your calculations are wrong. (Number of teeth+2) x Module gives the tip diameter. 35=Module x 28 >>> So the Module is 1.25. As the diameter of the gear decreases, the distance between the tips of the teeth increases. This is where you went wrong. If we use the Module value we found in the big gear; 1.25*(13+2)=18.75 will be the outer diameter of our gear with 13 teeth. If we want to calculate the distance between the center points of two adjacent gears, we use the pitch diameter, the formula for which is Modulus x Number of Teeth. After calculating this for both gears, we add them together and divide by two (since the distance between them is equal to the sum of the radii).
