In all the years I’ve been trying to learn how to cook Pakistani and Indian food no-one has ever taught me the bhunning process. Your videos have taught me more in the last six months than all of the years before. I am literally cooking the best food i have ever done, simply because of what you have taught me. For unknown reasons I find the Garlic Chilli chicken, hotter than the Naga Chicken dish at my local take away.. Or do they hate me and add more green chillies then most people can eat?
Looks really good but is 25 minutes not a bit to long for chicken breast? Especially as it looks like your on almost boiling point with the look of the bubbles, maybe better with thighs if you’re going to be cooking it so long , only my opinion please don’t be offended Bismillah 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
