You have program the new crankshaft position sensor. Search CZcams on how to do it. Engine temp 158 then RPM above 3000 to 4000 based upon the size of the engine.

It turned out there were a few issues with it. The brand new cam position sensor was junk and it lost its ground to the coils. We have another video out on how we fixed it.

Have you check to see if you have a fuel control module? it will be at the back of the tahoe under the bottom in the area of the purge valve.

I agree: pull the motor before you fire the parts cannon at it anymore. Its a good engine for a future project for sure: the intermittent stalling can be fixed at a later date. Keep up the good work!

I think we are gunna investigate more to find out what’s wrong with it. I’d like to run it a little bit before I pull the motor out.

Do you think you may have a fuel delivery problem? Crank and cam sensors usually either work or don’t work. They don’t run a few minutes and simply quit.

It was actually a bad ground wire to the coils. There is another video up on the channel on how we found out.

Your pegged at 80 psi. You have a bad oil pressure sensor. Especially if you key on and the gauge is pegged with engine off
