I lost a good amount of fat and my face does look better but it’s not chad level like some of these guys. I still have 20 more pounds to go until I’m satisfied so I’ll see how it goes. If it’s still not up to par I’ll opt for some low risk fillers and lipo / contouring. Once I’m done with my looksmax I’ll post a video of my progress and end result, even if I’m not fully satisfied I’ll still do that because I do look considerably better with less fat. I think everyone should make leanmaxxing their priority in their self improvement journey.

I’ve discovered rolling fasts are particularly great to avoid any refeeding nonsense while still losing weight close to straight water fast levels. Just takes some self control. What does “full skinny” even mean. You’re either lean or not, “skinny” individuals are usually neither lean or fit and many are fat, hence the term“skinny fat”
to keep muscle you just need a lot of protein (1 gram per pound of body weight) and a small caloric deficit. Aswell as lifting heavy and hitting hypertrophy, and you don’t really need to maintain much muscle. Chico isn’t all that packed on muscle yet he still has a top tier jaw

If you’re losing weight it’s good , but get a thyroid test just in case - about 90 percent of the pop is hypothyroid by 1940 clinical standards, and it’s especially true if you live in America where obesity rates are skyrocketing. If your thyroid is fine you can keep doing what you’re doing and tracking weight in a journal every other day.

Currently eating 1650 calories per day (500cal deficit). Still hold a lot of facial fat and a ton around my stomach but I can see my abs with good lighting but when I look at my stomach it’s still a layer of fat over it. Hope this works but I know I got 3-4 months to go. Think I’m too old for the pretty boy look but everyone who meets me thinks I’m 20 not 30 haha.
