This Frost Bite color on this Durango is absolutely Gorgeous.
Drive one and you’ll see why it’s 100k everything else in its power range is 100k more and they still can’t compete ! A simple tune and upper pulley on e85 and this thing is over 800whp

wow I didnt know they still made these. It is very expensive but I think It makes sense it sits somewhere in between a escalade and a Lambo Urus pretty underrated car in my opinion

That why as soon as you pay you take it to get that security that requires a pin to turn your car on or to keep from hacking the system I mean they might get in the car but it not going move so at the least you be paying for a busted windows

It’s more of a pain to own the car than it is to have fun with it
Don’t drive in the slums and you’re ok also hopefully if you have one you have a garage for it. I grew up in the Bronx but don’t leave my truck anywhere near there specially at night. Plus get yourself a cut off switch and you’re good to go. Had mine over a year no issues. I’m using it for a few more years than it gets stored. I plan on keeping this one. Even with the 3 years made that’s still pretty limited in numbers.

Drove this and the Cadillac Escalade V when buying a vehicle for my wife. Very hard to pick between the two. However, the popping that is emitted from the V is over the top and won us over.

It’s not anywhere near 700hp. Ford Coyote tunes are neutered to about 570ish to the wheels on their F150s. You get what you pay for.

I have 28K on mine and it's nearing the 3 year mark with no mechanical issues at all.
It’s like any other Dodge product. If you win the QC lottery and religiously maintain it it’ll last. If you lose the QC lottery and/or abuse it it’s gonna break down.

Its cool but definitely not $111K cool. Only thing you're paying for at that point is the hellcat branding which you can get that in a charger for way cheaper.
It's a completely different vehicle offering than the Charger so you really can't get the same thing in a Charger.
They clean up on those vehicles. There isn’t 100k worth of vehicle there.

Two problems with it: 1) It's an automatic with idiotic paddles on the steering wheel. 2) It's not worth ANYWHERE NEAR that money. Just a shameless cash grab by Stellantis. I get that it's gonna be a bit of a collector's item when they stop making the hellcat engine, but it's still just a bunch of cheap Dodge parts stuck onto a cool drive train. And I say this as a lifetime Mopar fan and current owner. It looks cool. It sounds cool. It doesn't perform too bad for what it is. But it's just...not...worth it.
Shame to see the end of the hellcat, though, in all its forms.

Dodge cant sell anything else but big V8's. They haven't evolved the Durango or the muscle cars to powerful hybrids. Thats is why they will disappear. Love the Durango Hellcat/Demons tho 😍.

Close in what aspect? Performance the V is no where close to the Durango and interior wise the V is way better than the Durango. Maybe gas mileage is close here but I don’t see much else.

Not the same transmission. HP70 for the tow and go HP95 for the Hellcat. Understand the differences. 392 only has the HP70.

Good Lord. Where can you get 700hp plus. How about the F-150 reg cab with factory installed supercharger putting out the same power for high $40k. This Durango is a compromise for some Chad with money that he will let his wife or g/f drive daily. Noone is going to buy this at $110k.

There will be no Durango in 2025. The basic 5.7 Hemi is done too in EVERY Dodge vehicle.\. A family friend has worked Dodge assembly for the last 31 years. Ask me how i know.
