    Guest presenter Kate Hall is the Executive Director of the Northbrook Public Library (IL), and co-author of The Public Library Director’s Toolkit, and The Public Library Director’s HR Toolkit, both published by the American Library Association. She is a co-founder of 2 Librarians Consulting, and a co-presenter of the American Library Association’s Human Resources Crash Course for Library Managers. Recorded June 25, 2024.
