- Make these adorable air dry clay gnomes for an easy beginner project. Use Das air dry clay for easy sculpting. You can also add a foil armature (mold) to create your gnome and save on clay. Hihi this looks so good how can I prevent cracking in the clay when it's drying?
You’ll want to make sure the clay is moist enough when you’re sculpting it. I like to knead my clay a bit adding moisture before I start sculpting it into shape. You also want to make sure the clay isn’t too thin. Hope this helps!

No, you can try sealing it, but it’s not water resistant.

Hello, new to this clay. Does it harden overtime?? Or it can be remodel again?
Hello. Yes, it dries over time and cannot be modeled again once it dries. However, you can add water as you work to prevent it from drying out until you are finished. I have a full length video for this tutorial on my channel if you’re interested. czcams.com/video/lIfWjLuXCHY/video.html
