- I just got this bike into the garage and I got my work cut out for me! This is one of the coolest bikes Harley ever made, and to be honest I haven't gotten the opportunity to wrench on them much. That's all about to change! So much work has to be done to this bike to make it safe again, so should make for a good little series! Stay tuned and let me know what you think!

The 1977 XLCR1000 "Cafe Racer" had rear sets as stock fitment. I've just bought a 2009 XR1200, I plan to customise it and put my stamp on it.

@@KevinSornig Thanks for your reply, Kevin, I also own a 2011 XL883N, the ECU on it died after only 1500 miles, it would only run on the front cylinder. The warranty was still valid so I got a new ECU installed free of charge.
I’m glad you got it fixed! For this bike we’re probably going to install a thunder max ecu when the customer gets some extra cash! Happy to hear your back on the road and the part was covered under the warranty! Ride safe🤙🏼
I have the 1200X model (clickers on the suspension) same Basani exhaust, louder than sin, these bikes are extremely fast, be careful.
That’s awesome! Yeah this is a very loud bike and I definitely need to put tires on this before I ride it or give it back to the owner. I found out the cause of the misfire, it’s the engine temp sensor, so I’ll be filming once I get that new part in👍🏻 ride safe!
