  • 1st build for the year 2023, this should have been done and dusted a long time ago but parts sourcing and time management had other plans. Also at 1st wanted to gear it up with FOX 🦊 but I came across some great deal for the öhlins so was no question I'll go with them.
Meantime Hope dropped out the Tech4 lineup so that was a must have as well 😅
Was pretty much toying with going full 29er or go mullet as I couldn't decide. Not really a secret that I'm not much of a fan of Mullet setup but decided to give it shot and go MX rather than full 29er. Yet to see if that was a good call or not.
All in all I think this beauty turned up quite nicely, the paintwork on this ‪@orbea‬ is stunning, the videos don't do justice to how sick it is, you can see the carbon layer on some area which is really cool! Was no question that a Brand New out of box frame 1st step is going to be ‪@invisiframeglobal‬ wrap. A paintwork like that has to be protected with the best protection out there.
Took me about 3 months to get everything ready for it so the build could go ahead. Pretty stoked with the end result, minus the MX but let's be positive and see how that pans out.
Hope you guys and gals enjoy the build. If so give it a thumbs up, hit that Subscribe and share yours thoughts in the comments section!
See you next time! Happy riding! 🤘

Nice build! I have the same colour. The camera doesn't do it justice how beautiful this bike is in sunlight!
    How does it ride?

Cheers mate. Camera only gives back like 5% of what this frame really looks like. Absolutely love the details on it.
Haven't ride it yet as haven't got time, but really hoping I can get on it before Monday. 🤘

@@xabasmtbworld Hi! Would love to hear your riding impressions. I also went with a mullet. Had no expectations really but the mullet blew me away. Such fun ride and so much more flick-a-bility. Have not testet the bike in the real rough yet, but I kind of expect the bike to be good anyway. Cheers!! BTW Such fantastic build you have there! Peter

      @@peterlomsdalen8953 cheers mate!
Had rode it both full 29er and mullet. Wasn't impressed with mullet if I'm honest. Probably it's just me, but loved the full 29 in "lower" setting, which you don't have when mullet. Most likely the õhlins were the culprit, but the bike felt like it was sticked, literally, to the ground, no matter what sort of terrain I was ploughing through. As for cornering and flick-a-bility, same the full 29er felt just a tad better for me.
Won't ditch the mullet tho, as have some other coming as mullet, but for me either full 27.5 or full 29 👍

      Hey there 👋
      Yes, it’s a size L. I’m 5ft 10 (179cm)
Almost every bike I ride, especially if it’s an enduro, has to be a size large. If it’s a DH than M. 👍

Hi there. Unfortunately didn't weighted after the build, usually I do just out of curiosity but not with this one, also haven't had a chance to take it to bike park... was twice out for a ride on it but I got an offer I couldn't refuse for it shortly after the this video went live .. so did part ways with :(

Sorry mate, didn’t weight it unfortunately, not as a frame and not as a full build..
