This just happened to me this morning (July 1) I went grocery shopping and all EBT it was all gone! I am on SSI Retirement, SO I changed pin, went to the office, filled out electronic fraud form, given new card but it still has 0 balance. Was told I have to wait 30 days. How can I eat not, how can people be so cruel to scam and hack foodstamps!
