What might be interesting is modifying it to have a scope inside the shell using periscope tech to make the it have a bore height near the Barrel.
For those who remember, like yourself, that nerf is about fun and aesthetics as much as it is about performance, this is cool.

Honestly, now we have to deal with one lonely mega clip.
I doubt it will the centurian came out 5 years ago and it was the only gun that uses it
To be fair, it would almost halve its capacity to do that -- unless you count the magazine from the buzzbee tyrant

heres an interesting thought: make the barrel extention and bipod springloaded. so the entire thing opens with a single switch. also modify the clip to shoot regular darts and ofc standard spring increase n stuff.
I feel like making a dirty joke about the expanding barrel but I knew this comment section would be flooded with them.....

Then they put all those bits together and gave it the power of MEGA and made it good and this came out

After watching this, I don't think you all will be too happy. It seems comparable based on the reactions in the video (just eyeballing I am getting maybe 30' flat and 40' angled off the orange trigger American version.)

I'm planning on doing a shotgun using mega darts with 3/4 brass tube, however the air tank only can fit 9/16, so what brass tube(s) could I keep pressure fitting to get the air to flow correctly and get it down to 9/16 brass?

Finally another clip fed blaster
Because it's an internal clip, you know what would be cool? DIY loading strips for tactics with this gun. You can tactically slap the strip in place, rip off the strip, then slam the clip back the other way.
Nah, it's easy to remove the lock to remove the mag.

I wonder if people would like this blaster at all if it weren't for the centurion failing so hard. xD At least they fixed all the mistakes of the centurion with this. Horizontal clip so you can go prone for days, Long barrel only for looks and doesn't affect performance, short prime for quick shooting, and higher capacity than the centurion right out of the box makes this probably the best sniper in nerf right now. Can't wait to see what kind of FPS can be done with rebarreling the clip for smaller ammo.

Like a biggest Heap with the centuries is a fact that the barrel when you put it on it was permanent the draw length which is fun but not practical and capacity this gun seems to improve on all of that

the darts keep hitting the barrel shroud so i think to add a extended barrel to it to avoid darts hitting the shroud

actually that's not a magazine. that's a clip because it holds darts and the mechanism for feeding the darts into the blaster are in the blaster itself. In a magazine it holds darts and contains the mechanism for feeding them into the blaster

When peeps starting commenting this a year and a half ago on our Buzz Bee Destiny videos I actually researched, not just repeated whatever Drac or Coop said.
The bar actually interacts with the mechanism to advance to the next chamber/barrel. Like a revolver cylinder in a straight line.

There is a moving part, the whole bar. Cylinders are removable in some revolvers, so no.
They both have variations on gear teeth that interact with the action.
The definition of a clip is a device to load a magazine or cylinders. Like moon clips.

It does look really neat aesthetically, but man that performance is just awful. I don't think any sane person would spend over 50 bucks for something that bad and use it stock.
No, but people will use it's stock and barrel for integrations and what not.....
It is the AUS version that can't go over like 50 fps.
That is the Australian version, all the Australian blasters (with grey triggers) are a lot less powerful than o𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 triggered ones so it’s power is normal for Being Grey triggered

I fully expect the first mod anyone is going to want to do is to make that clip removable because it is going to be impossible to store with it just sticking out the side all the time.

Aesthetically, it's a beautiful design that conveys power, but the stock spring is next to useless. I get that the extending barrel is a nice look but it -is- useless. It has absolutely no practical function and I would really like to know how the design team pitched the extending barrel to management to get it approved. Maybe if it actually extended a barrel shroud that trapped air behind the bullet but even then, there would likely be serious speed loss due to friction. They could have left off the extend-o-barrel completely. Then lose the bi-pod legs and slant the black trim along the bottom upward into a textured forward grip with an attachment rail for those who want to use a N-Stike vertical grip instead.
Still, the Thunderhawk feels nice to hold and shoot... after some modifications:
- Take the out the center and left spring locks that prevent the clip from sliding completely out. Leave the right-most lock in place so the clip can be inserted from either side but only removed from the right. Why are these damn locks even here? How are you supposed to store this thing when it has the clip perpetually protruding from one side or the other?
- Either stretch out the stock spring or, from what I've seen, replace it with a shortened Worker 10-12kg Retaliator spring (mine is currently being shipped so I haven't been able to try it yet myself).
-Take out or bore a decent-sized hole in the air-restricter and put padding on the front of the plunger .
- Place felt or foam-rubber padding on the inner side of both priming handles to keep them from rattling around.
As cool and unique as this is among Mega blasters (and especially accustrike), the only things this does that the Twinshock doesnt is expand ("its growing on me"), and fire from a magazine clip. But for the same capacity, practically speaking, id still lean towards the Twinshock.
