no, and it's not needed for older cpus, just undervolt it

cinebench r15 is too old to stress a 12/13/14th gen, you need to use r20 or r23

any sufficient load is appropriate as long as you keep it consistent, the point is to isolate the cooler variable; r23 uses maybe 5% more power as its more avx2 intensive, not a night and day difference
Ycruncher is going to be even harder then..
