Schnitzel with Creamy Porcini/Chestnut Mushroom Sauce

Kirkis on Fire size, but none of us fit it fully🤣🤣🤣 I made happy 6 eaters that day, and I had some mushroom sauce left, but it was finished the next day😊. A very traditional meal in our family, but again, this size was the showoff 😜
For me, everything could be spicier, but the rest of the eaters were happy. Try it at home, especially sauce, which really will surprise you nicely😉

Lemon Black Pepper - 2.5 teaspoons
Dried Grounded Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Dried Garlic - 2.5 teaspoons
Chestnut Mushrooms - 0.5kg
Dried Porcini Mushrooms - 10g
Onions - 3 medium-sized
Eggs - 6
Vegetable Oil
Garlic - 6 cloves
Butter - 50m
Creme Fraiche - 250ml
Spring Onions
Dill
Plain Flour
Pecorino Romano - 6 teaspoons
Breadcrumbs
