Having met Lee in March, i can state he is is a smashing bloke, and if you want to watch something on tv, he will put in on for you, and the service is top notch. A great bar at the start of soi buakhao, before heading off to lk metro or tree town. Will be visiting again soon, thanks Lee.

I visited this bar about a month or so ago purely by chance. I was in a rush for the kick off of a Spurs game and somehow walked right past the bar where I intended to watch the game. Realising what I'd done I was about to turn round when I saw this bar, the game had just started and it was being shown live on the large TV inside. The owner who also turned out to be a Spurs fan and originally from Tottenham put the match on the outside screen for me and we had a bit of a chat, seemed a nice guy. Good selection of draft beers too which I will always drink in preference to the bottles.

Just came back back from the Outcry Bar. I like the place. They have nice draft beer and delicious food. And nice, friendly service. Good place to visit after shopping at the Soi Boakhao Market. Many thanks for the video.

I know Lee and Bow his wife very well. Bow is my wife’s niece. I’ve been there from the start with Lee thinking of buying a bar and everything that went with it. In 3 months he’s definitely turned the bar around and as he said the girls he inherited did cause problems. So if you want a starter bar to meet friends or send your wife or girlfriend to the market you won’t find a more closer bar. Yes there is a few round the market sweaty and cramped where as the Outcry has indoor seating with a/c and live sports and a good size outdoor area for people watching. I’ll be in there myself next week to try the new chief out. Obviously I’m biased as Bow is a family member so I wish the pair of them the best of luck. Wayne

Lee's a bit of a pioneer with his beer and food only approach and dismissing the girly bar scene and he serves Peroni. Bravo! I'll assume that it's rather costly though? My grandfather used to be a Spurs fan, who also played for Arsenal before the war, which is fairly contradictory 🤣

Sounds like a decent guy ...the Out Cry bar ...good name ...but to be honest ...its gonna be lost on 99.9 percent of people ...Open Out Cry died out in the mid 80s ....and tbh what does Stock Trading have to do with a small bar in Pattaya ? If the bar was located in the Bank ... Liverpool Street areas of London it would make more sense ....

Last year, Outcry Bar was called IDK - I Don't Know Bar. A European look, chilled music, well-priced drinks. Never too busy. Hope it works out for Lee.

sorry, to say but Hua Hin. I ve ben there many times but I find nothing interesting there. Shallow beach, lack of entertainments and far from BKK to just go there compared to Pattaya. No contrasts compared to the peaceful and calm side of Pattaya VS the hard core actions. Hua Him... I`d rather go totally isolated to Koh Chang then.

no, it was cancelled a few years ago, you can still go by train but really it's worth looking at a taxi for the trip, someone like Jojo's taxis who is very safe and reliable
