Great video man. I have the Lanshan1 and absolutely love it. I'm on the taller side and still have lots of room. Amazing tent for an unbeatable price. Considering buying a Lanshan2 for when I camp with my 2 boys

I agree with you Walker! I also have this tent and love it. Even Dixie who has a more expensive tent ( ZPack) say's it's a great value. I do have reservations about buying from China but I love my Lanshan 2 tent!

@@tamie341 I understand but the issue is more complicated than just the best product for the best price. Cotton was cheaper in the south before the Civil War but some had an issue with the fact it was produced by slave labor! If China has an unfair advantage by coping others copyrighted ideas and also pays slave wages should this be supported? I do think it is a fair question whether you agree or not!
@@frankfowlkes7872 That is a very US centric view that isn't all that realistic tho. Everything has been copied and refined, not just from one country. Like it or not, China is a developed country now and makes just as good if not better products than the US. Which makes since as they have 4x the population. To each their own tho, just giving my 2 cents.

I’m also 6’2” & the pro is perfect. However if you prop up the side tie outs on the regular it’s fine also. Either one works at our height. 👍✌️

Hello there mister Walker. Really enjoy your channel and especially the realistic and no-nonsense reviews, so already a subscriber! Hope you can help me with some advice concerning the updated regular Lanshan 2.
It got an update recently and the bathtub floor is now 3.93 inch (10 cm) longer. Im around the same length as you (6'2 or 1.88m) and I have a large (6'4 or 1.96m) and thick pad (3'15 or 8 cm).
Will this updated lanshan 2 in your opinion be big enough for us tall people? Especially so that you don't get the mesh in your face (something I dread)? I will be using it as 1 person tent so I can also lay diagonally. I dont know how much room you gain from that?
I know the Pro version is even longer (230cm). But I am from the Netherlands, which is basically for the most part a moisty (reclaimed) swamp. So condensation here is terrible. So preferably I don't want to go for the single wall Pro version.

Hello B Bally, First of all thanks for Subscribing (much appreciated). I am sure the larger Pad will fit if the bathtub is 3.93” larger. I agree I hate the netting in my face. On the regular I propped the guy line up to bring it off my face. I used a little light pole holder to do this. Really any stick would work. I understand the condensation issue with the pro. I think this new version will work out fine. If you use Ali Express go to any of my Lanshan video links to purchase. ( I’m an affiliate) Same prices maybe even less. Good luck.

Stick with original. Still the best one. 👍👍

Hello Nicholas. At this point leaning slightly towards the pro. It’s larger ( I’m 6’2”), lighter and easier to setup. However!! There is condensation on wet & cold nights. There is much less condensation in the regular. Either way they are both worth the price. Hopefully this helps. Good luck. The links on my video are good place to get either. 👍✌️
