1.10-1.15 lb chicken breast ( If you use more than 1.15 lb of chicken you must make more sauce!)
2 tsp grape seed oil
1 Tbsp LESS SODIUM soy sauce

1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp corn starch
Marinate for 15-20 minutes (No less than 15 minutes)
Sauce:
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp DARK soy sauce (This will last over a year if kept in fridge)

1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce (This will also last over a year if kept in fridge)

1 Tbsp sugar
1 sweet yellow onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
5 garlic cloves
1 small knob of ginger
2 Tbsp fermented black beans, rinsed for 15 seconds then chopped
No worries if you don't have fermented black beans. Just add extra sauce. It will still be delicious!
