  • We use the Arcusin D14 Multipack to bundle 14 small square bales in to one large square bale. It has helped us save time and labor. This video shows us handling the bundles with ease. Use a Steffen's bale grapple, a round bale spear, a square bale spear, a loader grapple, or even pallet forks to move the bundles. The bundles weigh approximetly 900-1,000 lbs so most implements can handle. A bobcat, yard tractor, loader tractor, etc.
Small square bales are the most economical way to feed hay because there is minimal waste. The bundling system allows you to easily handle small square bales instead of throwing your back out stacking and moving. It is the most efficient way to handle squares.

Just curious why not NORDEN 15 bale and a tie grabber

I had a KUHN AF4 when I started, which is now NORDEN. I used that for 3 years before finally upgrading. Became a lot of work picking up 4 bales then the next 4 to make an 8 pack. Then loading and storing and loading really dug into the bales. With the Arcusin D14 I went from 8-10k bales a year to 15-20k

Nice video. You ever look into the baron or bandit as an option? If so, why did you pick your Arcusin ?

With the baron and bandit, your bales have to be a specific length. Can't be any longer or shorter. With the Arcusin, you can make the size and density how you want it. The baron and bandit are much more particular and I wanted flexibility. Baron and bandit require a larger tractor because it needs larger hydrologic pump. Price point of Arcusin was more affordable too. I did a lot of research and reviews I read had less headaches and maintenance with Arcusin compared to other brands.
