Speaking of adult movies being made into kids shows, remember the Toxic Avenger cartoon? I'm also really surprised Gremlins never even got a pilot cartoon, because that seems like it should have been a thing. I really like the original Corman Little Shop too, his movies are cheap, but they're really funny. It's a good way to get into B movies.
Late reply but The toxic Avenger one blows my mind. I get the concept behind taking R rated movies and making kid shows out of them. They know a lotta kids watch them anyway. Toxic Avenger though I dont think was that well known plus even compared to the other stuff that one really was not for kids lol.
Gremlins actually was originally going to get a cartoon series in fact it was even promoted in a magazine it was going to be about Gizmo fighting evil Gremlins eventually we did get a cartoon that’s actually more of a prequel rather then a spin off
Yeah, I actually watched a couple episodes of this on CZcams and... oh boy. Great job on the video, and its timing couldn't be better because I just started rehearsals for my college's production of Little Shop of Horrors, in which I'll be puppeteering Audrey II.
Little Shop is a beautiful mess; so bad, it was nearly lost to time. If you're a Little Shop of Horrors fan, go ahead and give this a go! You won't feel the same after watching all thirteen episodes of this magnificent trashfire.
12:10 Finally, someone said it! My belief is that kids like kid protagonists only when it's a slice of life story, but when it comes to action adventure, they prefer adults. The perfect ones are teenagers, however, as they're old enough for kids to look up to, but young enough to be relatable.
Little Shop of Horrors was a fun, campy musical. But underneath it all, was a dark, and almost sinister cautionary tale. This cartoon doesn’t look like any of that.
Some people do actually like Scrappy though, and he actually did save the Scooby Doo franchise according to Mark Evanier as the shows rating were going down and it was in rela danger of being cancelled so Scrappy was necessary to keep people's interest.

How is the show bad, I think it’s Average. Almost bad, except that Ceymoure Is just a young child, so many errors happening. (please count and name the errors.). And fast paced but average animation, and that’s it
The animation looks like it was made in the 60's.
I would say it a style chose because the musical is set In the 60s but knowing this they didn't care

There was almost an Alien cartoon as well, I heard a pilot was made but it got cancelled before airing.

i think the show itself is OK personally but forgettable as far as 90s cartoons go.
There were cartoon of robot cop and attack of the killer tomato!!!
