It is very concerning that she only seems to leave the house when her mother is supervising her. She seems completely without a social life with friends. I hope this changes in the near future.
At this point if nobody was supervising her it would be extremely dangerous. She probably doesn't have a lot of energy and faints a lot.

Her mother has no job and her mother refuses to let Eugenia to do anything. It’s a very real situation because I have a friend who’s mother is exactly like this.

Anorexic people are very insecure and self-conscious. When you make comments calling her beautiful and happy looking, that validates her eating habits. Because she thinks other people see her as beautiful and happy, she will continue to eat the way she does.
If enough people kindly tell her she is dangerously unhealthy, that she just needs to eat a little bit more every day and work out, I’m sure she eventually would.

@@Tinyjb0 Don't assume I'm someone who praises her looks, because I don't. I said nobody wants to see any hate comments and I stand by what I said. By hate comments I mean hate comments, not the ones that "gently push her on the right path" (which still hasn't happened yet during these many years btw). Hating is clearly not reaching out to her in order to help her. EVERY single person (including you and me), who watches her videos or comments is making sure that her videos are profitable thus worth continuing. The irony is - the more shocking content, the more engagement thus more money for her and one doesn't have to be Einstein to undersrand this formula of "success". There's this gamer youtuber who pronounces some words in a wrong way - he does that deliberately to make sure people comment and point out his mistakes. That's engagement bait, people just storm in like a flock of chickens. In the similar way, people here analyze her every word, every pose and every outfit and it has often gotten so ridiculous that people sometimes just make stuff up in order to fill in the blanks in their fantasy scenarios about what could be happening behind the scenes. As I already told someone here - I find this particular video more positive than the others, because she doesn't show off her body as usually and I'm confident that such videos should be encouraged. If there's less attention to her body and people actually enjoy her content, then perhaps she realizes that she could be more than her illness, that she could be someone people enjoy watching when she's actually healthy. This might sound cruel, but it seems like the vast majority of her viewers are watching her videos exactly because of her illness, as they often say "to check whether she's still alive" etc. This is awful as it brings the kind of attention she might be craving for. I'm not praising her looks, I'm just so sick and tired of all these hypocritical people who keep bringing attention to her body which probably keeps her going the same way again and again. Instead we should try looking past her looks and find other qualities in her and encourage her to focus on other things as this might be the key to her recovery. We should ignore videos where she tries to show off her body and encourage videos about other subjects. I'm still hopeful that Eugenia is more than her illness. Telling her that she's skinny and needs to eat is pointless - that's not how you cure ED, trust me. I don't know how to cure ED, I wish I knew, but I just don't see how tons of "eat more" comments would fix anything. It hasn't, for many years now. Telling her that she looks awfully skinny could potentially send her a wrong message and we should be very careful about that as it might be adding fuel to the fire.

My Anorexia began when my sister and brother died. I felt tremendous guilt at being the only one left, I had deep depression and felt I had no control over anything in my life. It took me 12 years to get help, I had a heart attack and it woke me up. While you're in it you think you will never have consequences, like you're bulletproof. I thought that too until I almost died. I now have the bone density of an 80-year-old person, permanent muscle loss and my short-term memory is crappy. But I'm alive, in recovery and I'm happy.

I just wanted to say as someone who has had many eating disorders. It sucks having no energy and feeling drained. I want you to feel powerful and strong. Not weak and tired. You forgot how freeing it is to have that energy to take on the world and have your body do all the amazing things. Like my goal was to have the strength to do a pull up and that changed everything.

I didn’t have an eating disorder but I didn’t know how to track calories and I underate on accident a lot. I recently had to go to the ER because my heart rate went up, I got short of breath and my hands started shaking and getting clammy because I was so low on energy. My labs were fine, EKG and heart X-ray was fine, vitals were fine. I just needed to eat more. So after the ER I went and got whataburger and instantly felt fine again. We need food to thrive. Food isn’t bad. It gives you energy and is pleasurable. Overconsumption is bad, but when you are obsessing this much over it, you’ll actually under-consume rather than eat too much food and that’ll cause that fatigue and drained feeling.

I wonder if anyone commented on how overweight buzz is. Such a shame personally I don’t think anyone should own pugs because they have such horrible breathing problems and over feeding just makes the problems that much worse. By no means do I think they don’t love him but over feeding is not doing what’s best for your dog

@John Titor It shows gain on a scale. Most weigh themselves continuously...sometimes 50 60 times-a day. So liquid adds weight and the numbers go up. Sick and sad.
