Ned: afraid of dogs
Bean:AM I A JOKE TO YOU?
Lol 😂
Everyone wants a happy ending, right? But it doesn’t always roll that way. Maybe this time.
I’m hoping if you play this back, it’s in celebration. I hope families are reunited. I hope we get and something like a normal version of the planet has been restored, if there ever was such a thing. God, what a world. Universe, now. If you told me ten years ago that we weren’t alone, let alone, you know, to this extent, I mean, I wouldn’t have been surprised, but come on, the epic forces of dark and light that have come in to play. And for the better or for the worse, that’s the reality Morgan’s going to have to find a way to grow up in. So I thought I better record a little greeting, in the case of an untimely death, on my part. I mean, not that death at any time isn’t untimely. This time travel thing we’re going to try and pull off tomorrow, it’s got me scratching my head about the survivability of it all. Then again that’s the hero gig.
Part of the journey is the end. What am I even tripping for? Everything’s going to workout exactly the way it’s supposed to.
I love you 3000
VIPSTARZ 065, isn’t that the speech to Tony’s daughter after he died?
IDK What to put for my channel name did u not watch the video at the beginning he said why he bought the dog.
That real internal change is proven when Bean growls at Wes. Ned isn't worried about Bean hurting his baby; he's worried about his baby growing up with a fear of dogs.
Yep. That shows true dog lover status.
Because Bean wasn't aggressive. He clearly just wants to get away. If he had snapped, I'm sure Ned would have been much more concerned.
💗
Yeah I hate when people scold dogs for growling. Growling is a healthy, safe way for dogs to communicate they want someone or something to go away or stop.
@@stephanieg9004 exactly! Unless you basically didn't train your dog at all and they’re really violent, growling almost certainly means they’re scared. They need to be comforted in that situation, not punished. If they actually get violent, that’s a situation, but I’ve barely ever seen that.
ned: is a yale graduate
also ned: we invented a game called
wEeEEEEEeE
imagine going to a ivy league school and people thinking you're smarter because of it
DD Often times, yeah, it’s just somebody going to school on their Daddy’s dollar but I think Ned is actually a really intelligent guy.
@@maddiehendell3346 ya me too, but its still really hard to judge someones intelligence based on limited information about their lives. everyones smart in their own way
@@DurealzForReal he's actually really intelligent!! Watch the video where he retakes the SAT as an adult... I was shook lol
@@DurealzForReal an unfortunate side effect of being book smart is to other people it becomes your defining quality. I imagine going to an ivy league school just intensifies that.
Lets just appreciate how Ned spent 3 years to have a Saturday afternoon with his family
That is truly the most wholesome part of this video! 😄
Bean: * growls*
Wes: * does not care*
Ned: "IT'S OKAY WES IT'S OKAY"
Wes knows what's up! Bean asserted his boundaries as he would to a smaller puppy. And Wes accepted that the way he would have if a human told him off.
Ned is more scared
@Smileyrie James yeah, that part of the video kinda irritated me. Like, the dog has no other way of communicating that that hurt, and yet you scald him? Instead, you should introduce children and dogs properly and teach your children not to pull on your dogs fur/ears/tail etc. Now that's not to say dogs shouldn't be taught proper interaction as well. That's how so many dogs get blamed and ultimately lose their lives because they get poked and prodded at and no one teaches the child that that isn't how to properly interact with dogs. Then when the dog bites, uh oh it just "came out of no where". Now I'm not saying that happens in every case. (They got a trainer when they first got the puppy, So why couldn't they have another trainer come in to help them introduce the baby?)And I'm not saying it would have gotten that far here, and I know they're new parents and new dog owners, so I don't really blame them. It's just the whole system I guess. I really think new dog owners should take a course on dog body language etc. Anyway, I'm gonna shut up now and enjoy the adorableness of this video.
I think it's because he was afraid of Wes being afraid of dogs like Ned was haha
I think it was more of just the fear of wes growing up to be scared of dogs then it was that bean would actually hurt him
Bean: I bark at 1am so they can't sleep
Wes: hold my milk
Ivana C okay, this comment is everything 😂😂😂
Ivana C lol 😂🤣😅
lmao 😂😂😂😂😂
AN EXTRA SMOL BEAN GROWING INTO A REGULAR SIZED SMOL BEAN!!!
I was not ready for baby Bean.
the growling is actually good... in the clip when Bean growled that was just his way of saying 'I don't like that" PLUS he immediately tried to distance himself from Wes to get out of the situation.
I thought it was a bad thing lol. Thanks for explaining 👍
Emma Stainton you definitely did have other choices than to consider him dangerous and kill him
Indeed. He gave a clear sign that he wasn't OK with it and he's kind and cares for Wes, which is why he left after stating he didn't like it
@@nemarchepas You could have tried to send him to a foster or keep your son away until you found an alternative. Some dogs simply don't do well with children and need adult homes only. It's unfortunate and I wouldn't repeat the story.
I see everyone in the comments saying that emma should have given her dog to a shelter. While I agree in theory, in practice, when something bad happens you dont always think rationally. My old dog bit my mother and my parents had him put down. While I regret the decision now, and I would rather return a dog to a shelter than have them put down, I understand why my parents made it.
Why is no one talking about the fact that they religiously documented every moment for the past 3 years??? That's mind blowing to me. Like was this video planned 3 years ago, so they knew they needed to keep footage?
He worked at BuzzFeed where staff literally document everything to maintain a job.
That and i feel like this was a filler video like i feel like they’ve been sitting on this for a while and waiting to post it if they didn’t have enough other pre-filmed content
The latter
Baekxing's Bunny I was thinking the same thing!!!!!!!
The Try Guys (and every other youtuber now that I'm thinking about it) must have so many hard drives filled with raw footage
When it comes to dogs, a light growl is a good thing. It's Bean telling Wes his boundaries, that's all. As long as there isn't any nipping or anything like that, just be sure to watch them together. When Wes is older, he'll understand more about what Bean does and doesn't like, I think having a dog to grow up with is a really amazing thing.
Ned: in 1 month bean was able to learn how to sit, lay down and to come when we call him!
Me: That took my dog 4 years to master that and my dog just stares at us when we call him...
Gianna
It can be harder to find what motivates some dogs, after all you don't work for free either 😉.
Don't give up !
Did you clicker train him? I personally think that's the best option. If you give me some more information, I can help.
haha i started training my dog the day we got him. we got him on christmas day and he can sit, lay, rollover, spin, give kisses, hugs and come when called. but we still can’t stop him from carrying dead toads around the yard😹
I have a really smart dog and I can teach him to do stuff within a few days but he just decides not to do it.
I have a Basset Hound, they are not the easiest to train, so I get you.
When Ned’s child is grown up, he should make the same type of video. “Ned gets over his fear of children”
Thoroughly nonsensical considering Ned never had an aversion to children! Eugene does.
That should be eugene

"and get used to the fact that being alone isn't a bad thing." Will your puppy trainer be my life coach?
sometimes I feel more like a life coach than a dog trainer, so you're not alone! Plenty of my clients need both emotional support and dog training advice in the same session; the two tend to be pretty inseparable :)
Baby: is fine
Ned: IT'S OKAY WES DON'T BE SCARED
Yeah haha way to trigger a negative responses in a baby
Nawwwwwwww
LMAO I JUST SAW THIS SCENE AND IM DESD HAHAHA
He didn’t want Wes to be scared of Bean, I don’t see a problem with it (but Ned’s reaction was hilarious)
I Love it how ned was talking about his sister taking care of bean while the video was showing zach with bean
Moral of story: Everyone eat snacks

Ned, my husband was bitten in the face by his stepfather’s dog (Lab/something mix) when he was about 7. His twin brother witnessed it. What neither of them knew was that neighborhood kids had been throwing chunks of concrete over the fence at Bear and a large piece had hit his paw, hurting him. Bear just reacted when Hubby went to pet him. Yes, he still bears the physical scars at 51. Imagine what it was like for him going to my dad’s house with their two Westies. To this day, my BIL still crosses the road if he sees a dog when he’s out on a run.
Fortunately, my husband warmed up to the Westies and when a mini-Shelty came into their lives, she managed to win him over. He’s still very cautious with dogs he doesn’t know, but at least the worst is in his past. I’m glad that Bean helped you with yours.
It's pretty normal for a little pup to cry when separated. All Bean knew was his momma and littermates, he was never alone, it's scary in a new home with new people. I set up the crate in my bedroom, it helps for new pets, at least they can see you and know they're not alone.
Bean: *being adorable*
Ned: Stop it I´m still afraid of you!

Pro tip for fussy puppies: wear an old t-shirt during the day, then put it in puppy's bed at night so they can still smell you, and they don't feel alone.
Edit: HOLY CRAP 4 THOUSAND LIKES!?!? WHY!?!?!?
That helpes with human too...
Our breeder was pretty clever - she gave us a handkerchief with the moms scent on it for our puppy to sleep with. Our puppy was only a little fussy two nights, and was perfect after!
After we adopted our pupper. We just kept our dog kennel in our bedroom. He had his own space but he was still with his new “pack” and felt safe. He did wake up needing to potty in the middle of the night. That was the only time he would fuss. After a few weeks (maybe a month) his little puppy bladder got big enough to sleep through the night.

Hi Ned, I don't know if you'll see this but I'll write it anyway, because of the chance that you will see it 💕 This video was so beautiful to watch. I'm only a few weeks away from getting a puppy to train as a service dog for myself. I'm very excited and nervous at the same time about it and sometimes my anxiety tells me it's not such a good journey to embark on (pun not intended.) But watching this video and seeing how bean helped heal a part of you which was affected by trauma really spoke to me. Thank you so much 💕 my dog will be trained to help me cope with my ptsd and anxiety disorders. And the care and love that went into this video touched my heart. It makes me feel that if bean could help you to grow and heal Ned. Then maybe my service dog will help me too.

Why is every person in Ned’s family (including Ned) the most wholesome living creature or person on the planet!
I became afraid of dogs at age 1 after my grandma's big hyperactive dog jumped into the back of the car when I was strapped in my carseat and started barking in my face. That changed when I was 4 when my mom found a small blind senior dog wandering around our neighborhood. I was initially scared when i first saw him but he was so small and sweet that I realized I didn't need to be scared of him. After having him home for a few days and giving him a haircut, we decided to keep him. And that's the story of how we adopted my childhood dog, Scruffy.
