    This #FaceYourFear video is part of the International OCD Foundation's (IOCDF) OCD Awareness campaign to bring attention to the fears people with OCD have to tackle. I did a contamination exposure, holding on to the subway pole during my morning commute.

    hey chris i am from India and i suffer from OCD .when i saw your videos i just got so emotional that someone is taking the initiative to pass on the knowledge.keep up good work
