Deep Fried On The Don. Scottish River Fly Fishing

With the season end now in sight it was time for a long overdue trip to an old stomping ground.
One of the hottest days we have had this year and strong downstream wind combined to produce blast furnace conditions. I was well and truly deep fried on the river Don!
A few fish were caught and considering the conditions I was happy enough with that.
A really lovely if exhausting day.
