I loveeeeee my brown eyes but to make them stand out even more I find that the best colours are purple and blue! They look so much more clear and beautiful when I use those colours! Try purple or blue eye shadow or eyeliner to do the trick :)

I wish you also factored in your skin tone with brown eyes. I have brown eyes but a lighter skin tone and gold or any yellow undertone shadows look horrible on me. Whereas cool grays and silvers look amazing. Plain brown eyeshadow also does not make my eyes pop, shadows with mauve undertones, and contrasting blues or greens will. Just my two cents for ladies who have cooler skin tones like me.
+Heather McCaulley I agree with you. I don't think warm tones make brown eyes pop. I think warm tones can look very good on brown eyes but I don't think they necessarily make them pop. I think they stand out more with navy, or purple, like you mentioned.

I feel your pain girls. Sometimes I swear my eyes look pure black! But the colour eye shadows I wear completely change the colour and tones of my eyes!!

Barfey101902 Very dark eyes are still pretty! I get compliments on mine. People say they look mysterious :) Try my tip in my comment above though. A very dark matte black liner will make your eye color look lighter because it is next to a TRUE black, so it's like "THIS is black. see, my eyes are brown." lol.

beautiful! i've been loving the no eyeliner look lately. the older i get the more i go toward natural looks. even for hooded eyes just wearing falsies makes my lashes seem more visible than if i was to have on black eye liner. the colors on your lids are stunning.
Those really pretty reddish browns also look beautiful on green eyes & especially hazels like mine cause they bring out those flecks of gold & brown...also mauves, purples, plums, maroon, burguny are great, & u can always use greens!

I just did this look, just with a bit more intensity on the corners to enhance eye color, and OMG, it is such a gorgeous look 😍 I'll be rocking this look for new year's from my couch watching the countdown!
Easiest way to bring out dark eyes? From my experience its white eyeliner in the corner and on the water line, also best eyeshadow colors are green, light baby blue or sky blue, amethyst purple and gold eyeshadow.

The dark brown is okay as a sort of liner outer corner. And the ivory is great for my brow bone s d corner of my eye. But lately a sort red or blush rust on my lids makes my nearly black eyes. I have rather fair skin. And silver white hair.
I've been watching a steady stream of makeup videos, just to get a sense of what's out there, and for me the main point carried away as an artsy person is that I literally do not need any help at all and can just go by my natural intuition regarding color and depth. Pretty eye makeup though, and useful video for less artistically-inclined people who prefer to have their technique simplified down to a convenient algorithm.

This tutorial made me subscribe. These tips worked for me, my skin complexion is ebony and these tips worked for me. brownscript looks so good in my crease. i have a deep fold, and the gold with the brownscript in my crease is so nice. not to much for work either.

I thought more cool tones would work best with brown eyes, bcuz brown eyes usually is more warm, so cooler tones will really make your eyes pop. And for blue or green eyes warmer tones works better, bcuz they are cool. Btw love love love your videos!
